Incredible service and knowledgeable staff--they knew the best places to go for dinner and breakfast locally. Our goals was to get to know the town a bit.

We had a great stay with our family of 5. The customer service was excellent--from warm cookies, to piles of towels, to a rollaway bed to stop the kids from arguing--they took care of it all with a great big smile.

Hotel was very convenient to downtown New Bern. It was dated, but beautiful location. Employees were very helpful.

Great location and great staff. Hung around in the lounge area for a while until we left for our dinner reservation. Went to the restaurant but left to have dinner back at the restaurant!

We really enjoyed our stay. From the front desk to our lovely room. The view was beautiful. We were within walking distance of many great stores. We took the trolley and soaked up amazing History. This was a great trip.
