Very comfortable bed. Very clean. New modern bathroom. Great location by the Balcon. Great to have a sofa in your room. Kitchenette gave a full size fridge, microwave and electric hob. Lovely pool area. Higher floors have great sea view. Hot and cold breakfast on the lovely terrace overlooking the sea. Beach is just a few steps away. All staff really friendly and helpful. I asked for an iron and they brought one and the ironing board to our room.

We had a wonderful stay here. The family room which was spacious with sea views and over looking the pool. All staff were friendly and helpful the rooms and pool area were very clean and tidy. The breakfast was a good. Hotel is a great location.

What a great place to stay! We had 2 rooms overlooking the square - wonderful rooms from which we could listen to the church bells, listen to street music and watch life go by. Breakfast on terrace was fab - all you could wish for and so fresh everyday. Pool lovely, small but good and clean. Easy access to 3 beaches! And surrounded by great choice of restaurants. Lovely place to stay with easy access to everything!

Great location, we had a family wedding & stayed here with our family. Our room was very spacious & balcony overlooked the sea. Apartments are just round the corner from the Balcón de Europa. Kids loved the pool, a good size compared to most within this area. Overall experience we loved it! Definitely would return again. Nerja is absolutely stunning, a beautiful place. I'm recommending to all my family & friends.

What a fabulous hotel , to arriving very late to the nicest welcome when very stressed , the reception staff were always lovely , right in the centre of Nerja , our room was beautiful and spacious with a view over the square , the pool area was spotless and very well kept , breckfast was lovely and the dinner in the bar was fab would definitely stay here again

A lovely place to stay, staff members were lovely, Victor and Carmel were special. Right in the centre of town, breakfast was excellent every day. Good pool, we would thoroughly recommend this place to stay, they do things proper. 10 out of 10 from us.

We typically stay at AirBNB's when we travel in Europe, but decided to splurge on this place in order to have hotel amenities while we were relaxing on the nearby beach. Aside from the awesome location (overlooking the water and in the middle of the main square), this place was twice the price of most places we looked at and yet was not nearly as nice. It's an apartment but they don't give you any amenities for an apartment and yet also don't give housekeeping services as if it's a hotel. When we arrived there was a ton of trash loose under the kitchen sink from the previous guest and no trash can anywhere except a small one in the bathroom so you can see why that's where they threw their trash (and no one had cleaned it up). At one point my son spilled something in the kitchen and there are no towels, sponges, ANYTHING to clean it up - not even washcloths or hand towels in the bathroom. We weren't going to waste our only bathroom towels on the spill so resorted to cleaning it up with toilet paper from the bathroom. The furniture all feels like old Ikea furniture, there was no way to take a shower without getting the whole thing completely sopping wet, and there was an old toothbrush on the ground next to the vanity when we arrived. Every time I tried to talk to the front desk they were enthralled in conversations with other staff members and wouldn't pause to talk to the guests. We had to complain three times to three different people to get someone to clean up the trash in the kitchen and the housecleaning didn't do anything in our room the whole time we were there except make the beds. And don't be deceived by the pictures of the pool. Based on where it is situated, in June it only gets about one hour of sun a day and the rest of the day it is cold in the shade. So much for staying at a hotel! I'm back to Airbnb's. I have found their hosts to be better than a hotel like this!

The place is nice, be aware you don't always have use of the bar area, 4 day stay and 3 days they had a wedding. day 1 use only after 5, day 2 was restricted access, day 3 no access at all, when discussed with reception was told plenty of bars up road.
