I had multiple issue with them
1) they try to charge me more tax when I am not suppose to pay tax as I don’t leave in Colombia
2) they was an insect in the bread at breakfast
3) there and a black worm in my pillow
4) they gave me such a hard time because I ask to let my mother law and father go up to my room for a couple of minutes to give some gift I brought them
