An amazing villa in an great location, run by a lovely family.
Dilushan goes above and beyond! Their resident driver Vijay is more than a tour guide and made our trip extra special. Thank you Dilushan and Vijay - can’t wait to meet again!

是一家精緻且美的小旅館
晚上九點左右到達旅館，老闆已經等待在那裡並且熱情地歡迎我們，還給我們喝了當地很有特色的酸甜飲料，然後耐心地給我們介紹相關訊息。
民宿佈置得非常好看，洗澡時水壓和水温都非常適合，還有一個小陽台，沒有遇到蚊子。晚上下樓，客廳的音響放着音樂，太有情調了！！！在旅館的花園走了走，配合著燈光，坐在搖椅上，感受着微風，很愜意了～
約定了早餐時間，然而遲到二十分鐘，沒有催我們。等我們到達餐廳，老闆娘把早餐端上來，熱乎乎的，老闆耐心又禮貌地給我們介紹每一種吃食。
非常豐富的早餐，可以選擇紅茶或者咖啡，配了飲用水和水果飲料，烤腸和流心煎蛋，我愛了！當地特色的麪食和水果，以甜口為主，烤好的吐司，還有果醬和黃油，不要太完美～
老闆和老闆娘相處起來非常舒服，説話行為都讓人感覺非常友善熱情。我們走的時候，司機和我們也説，覺得老闆人很好，非常禮貌。
可惜衹選擇在尼甘布待一晚上，非常遺憾，希望以後有機會能再來斯里蘭卡，在這個旅館多待幾個晚上。這個旅館為我的旅途開了一個好頭，很愉快😄

This review is long overdue. I stayed at Villa Dominikku at the beginning and end of my travels in Sri Lanka. Dulshan and Dilu went above and beyond to ensure a spa-like experience. They booked a hair salon appoin**ent for me, taught me how to take the bus to the train station, and arranged for a wonderful tuktuk driver at local (not tourist) rates. Dilu is a wonderful cook. Breakfasts are delicious, the portions are abundant, and the presentation is again, spa-like. The shower was warm and the water pressure was great (a rarity in this country.). The bed was super comfortable and I had a private balcony to view stunning sunrises and sunsets, the wildlife, and to simply kick back, sip my tea, and enjoy their lovely yard and the fresh air. In all ways, this was a superb place to stay. I will stay here again when I return to Sri Lanka.

What a wonderful place - quiet and serene - the room is beautifully finished - everything has been thought of and it is beautifully decorated. The shower had the best water pressure we had in 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. Flushable was extremely helpful to us and very friendly and kind. If we return to Sri Lanka we would stay here after landing rather than Colombo. We enjoyed our dinner at Queens and watching the sun go down over the water. The driver Dulshan organised for our ride to the airport was excellent as was his recommended tuk tuk driver was also delightful. Highly recommend.

What a way to start and finish our trip! Dulshan and Dilu made us so welcome and are a minefield of knowledge to plan your holiday. The rooms are so clean and comfortable and of a very high standard. One not to be missed and would recommend a stay here without hesitation. Look forward to our next trip.

First night in Sri Lanka? book villa Dominikku! Dulshan and his family gave us such a warm welcome to the country and made us feel very comfortable, well fed and well rested in their beautiful home. It’s a perfect spot to stay your first night flying in from Columbo and Dulshan will help you with a great tuktuk driver to guide you round Negumbo - Chamin was really cool. Dulshan also worked 20+ years as a guide in Sri Lanka and can help you plan a carefully tailored trip after your stay. He also offers a driver/guide for however long you want on your trip. We hired Vijay for 3 days up to Sigariya and down to Kandy - it was a great price, Vijay is a really nice guy and a great guide. Vijay also found us lots and lots of exciting things to do, we did so much in a short amount of time and all of it was brilliant. It was the perfect start to our trip. If I could give 6/10 on trip advisor I would. Thank you Dulshan, Delu and Vijay for a warm welcome to Sri Lanka.

Villa Dominikku, owned by Dulshan and his family, is a beautiful, clean homestay about 15- 20 minutes from Negombo airport. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and Dulshan was awake and greeted us with a delicious fruit drink and refreshing towel. He showed us to our tastefully decorated garden room. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower was nice and warm, and the A/c worked well. Dulshan kindly organised a Tuk Tuk to take us down to Negombo beach area where we had a nice lunch at The Queens restaurant (traditional Sri Lankan food - delicious) and a walk on the beach. Villa Dominikku was perfect for a short stay in Negombo after a long flight. Thank you for your hospitality, Dulshan. We hope to see you again soon.
