Smokers outside when we arrived. Our clothing and body sealed of smoke due to this.
Room was dirty: food under sofa edge.
Carpet gross dirty, table sticker, bathroom floor stained,
Tub area stained , felt unsafe to stand, stained.
No soap, shampoo. Towels were yellow not white.
Never have I had an experience like this in a hotel.
Would actually like a credit for this stay.

Bed was not very comfortable and pillows were old. Rust in the shower and only the main parts of room swept. Dust/grime was thick around the refrigerator. Mirrors were hazy because they were cleaned with bathroom cleaner and not window cleaner. I used mine from my car trunk to get it cleaned.

Furniture was all damaged in some way. Mattress was stained and very old. The floors were filthy and behind the bed hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in a very long time. I don't expect a 5 or even 4 star at the price we paid for the room, but the room was not worth what we paid. We were disappointed.

i was not happy with this hotel at all i found a dirty wash rag hanging on curtain rod, the molding in bathroom was falling off, shower didnt work in first room moved and 2nd shower still didnt work well only positive is worker was nice enough to change rooms.

The bathroom had mold/mildew in the shower. The trim in the mirror was broken and dirty. The bathroom floor and toilet were not very clean.

Staff was not professional nor friendly, our bathroom had no shower curtin. All the furniture felt grimmy and some of the wood was chipping off. Very disappointed

Very impressed with the comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the breakfast. They had much to offer for breakfast. It was a wonderful stay!

Only issue was the card reader at check in for deposit wouldn't read the card I use to pay for the room. That card works everywhere else.

Needs a lot of care. Bathroom had mold around tiles in shower, toilet paper holder falling off, bed very uncomfortable seems like needing new mattresses . Outside needs painted bad we even said hope inside is better than outside. Oh and tv remote had no back on it just tape so to change channels you had to push up on batteries . Trim on wall in room coming off we were to tired to complain but would not stay there again . I even took pictures. We were to tired to complain after driving 10 hours
