I must emphasize that not only was our decision an overwhelming success, but we also stayed at a hotel boasting the most breathtaking views in Nazareth, with service at the highest standard we have ever experienced. The food at both the Locanda restaurant and the Zafaran breakfast restaurant was outstanding. I would like to extend special thanks to the receptionist who welcomed us warmly and professionally, as well as the Locanda restaurant staff. A particular mention goes to Aala, the restaurant manager, Nirdin, our attentive waitress, and the shift manager, along with the entire team, who orchestrated an impeccable event for us. A heartfelt thank you to Hanin for organizing the rooms and to Rami, the hotel’s food and beverage manager, whose professionalism shone throughout. We could not have asked for a better experience."

"Charming little hotel in the old town section of Nazareth. The owner Bassam was an excellent host as was his staff. Especially helping out with a few additional supplies that i requested. Also helping with getting my luggage up and down the stairs, and some recommendations on places to see when my tours got cancelled. The room was spacious. It had a desk, fridge and a kettle, tea and coffee. The bed was fine. Shower was good. However the hot water can take some time to come through. It does get there eventually. There are also mirrors in the room including a full length one. The hotel is a short walk to Mary’s Well where there are a few restaurants and a mini mart for supplies. It is also very short walk to the markets in The Old City and The Church of Annunciation. If traveling in by bus, i suggest getting off somewhere near Mary’s Well to save you pushing luggage up steep hills. (yes i made this mistake! lol) Thanks Bassam. Appreciate your kind hospitality. And i loved the chocolate! Nice touch. "

One feels the warmth and real concern for each guest. The staff went the extra mile to make us feel so at home, and we felt so at home. It was raining and the owner offered to drive us to our restuarant, where she had made us a dinner reservation. The rooms were spotless, the linens and towels were impeccable, with attention to every fine detail. It was perfect for our stay and we would definitley go again. "How do I rate a hotel -- by my decision to return. Sadly, I would skip this B&B. We wanted to love this place based on the reviews but were disapointed. The room could have been cleaner. There was noise at night and early morning coming from the owner's quarters. Breakfast was mediocre. I got the feeling the owner was working on a very tight budget. The pastries, bread, etc were purchased at a grocery store not a bakery. The toilet in room 3 is on an elevated block. Every time we would exit the bathroom we would hit our heads on the ceiling of the door. Besides the location, this B&B was nothing special. "
