Nrich Skyotel

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights... But I would never recommend this hotel as their reception staff Specially Mr. Dharmesh is not at all professionally trained.... He misbehaved with my guest who came to see me at 4pm on 23 oct 2024. He told that he will not allow my guest in the for more than 15 mins and beyond this, we may have to come down at reception area. I asked him if there is such any unprofessional rule, he told yes it is these all across India and in this hotel as well. I asked him to show such rule book, he told come we will search. Somehow the guest came.... I was very sorry to him and send him back immediately. Around 6-7, I went to see such rule, it's written that beyond 10pm guests are not allowed (copy attached). On top, he started arguing that beyond 15 mins he will have to take management approval... This is pathetic and acceptable rule. Agar mere family member hote, to unko baahar bitha ke rakhna parta. He told for guest I will have to book separate room if they have to stay little longer. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. TV is not working for days ... Also channels you need to ask them to add and many other reasons. Highly dissatisfied.... My name is Vikash kumar from Mumbai

Best hotel in Navsari. Food , rooms , staff , service , property, cleanliness, attitude.... all delightful.. I have been regular to Hotel Nrich Skyotel since it's opening in 2022... They have been outstanding since day 1... I never thought of looking for any other option in Navsari ever since I experienced their quality of infrastructure and hospitality..

We stayed at the hotel at the end of June and were greeted with a warm welcome by both Chirag and Felicia on reception. My father had passed away and Chiragbhai was especially kind and helpful in so many ways, providing us with whatever we required to attend the funeral including getting a rickshaw for us each day to the village. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was air conditioned and spacious and had everything you would need. The towels were changed every day. We ate a breakfast each morning in the hotel restaurant and the choice of food was different each day and extremely tasty. Like real home cooked food. We also enjoyed room service every evening and Kartik was helpful in making our food choices and bringing the food to us which was piping hot, delicious and plentiful. Compliments to the chef. We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel and only stayed for a few days because we came for Dad's funeral which went smoothly. When we plan to come back to India in the future we would definitely be happy to book to stay here again. Thank you very much to all the staff.

Excellent Service by Service Staff at Restaurant and Banquet we will come again with my Family members. And this Hotel is hub of the city. And near by Big Mall ZUDIO has come up with versatile cloths and price wise is genuine. And street foods are also available during evening time.

Our stay was quite comfortable. Food and service was excellent. Properti's location is good. Amenities are very good. Breakfast was very testy and healthy.

Well, I don't have words to say Thank you to TEAMS, Support from, ASHA, SEATIAL, WHO looked after my MUM who is n early, 90year, has been very happy, The only thing that I like to say is, The Toilet seat are very LOWER,and it maybe nice have a SHOWER 🚿 Curtin . But overall we have been very happy. We would be grateful to STAY at, NRICH HOTEL. The Restaurant staff have been very helpful. We would be very happy to stay at, NRICH HOTEL IN NAVSARI. Thank you.

Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Good location - accessible and not too crowded surroundings. Atms and shops in vicinity. Staff arranged for local and intercity transport too. Will surely stay again.

Very good Experience neat and clean Manager and staff was very helpful , cafeteria was also very good and all kind of Indian and Continental food was serve and service also very good . Very convenient for me because my home is near to hotel and all my family guest stayed in hotels were have a very good review and they like too much they have told me in next visit must stay in this hotel.

Pleasant stay. Nice and clean property and supportive staff. Food quality is good but very limited spread for breakfast.
