Fui com minha namorada e tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa, ambiente muito aconchegante, limpo, ótimo atendimento, além disso um ótimo café da manhã. Passei apenas uma diária, mas a vontade era de ter ficado mais. Com certeza voltarei em uma nova visita para natal.

This property seats on a privileged location, beautiful beach. Although you cannot swim at the beach because of the rocks and reefs, the views from the property are breathtaking. This hotel needs better maintenance. It’s definitely due to a major upgrade, but if the administration would take better care of some minor details, such as cleaning floors better, fixing mirrors and light switches, it would make a big difference. The black out shades do not work and it would be very simple to fix, they just need to lower the blinds to cover the sliding doors completely. The breakfast and dinner are good, the staff is friendly but not very accommodating.

The La Belle Beach Hotel is unfortunately separated from the beach/sea by a very well-travelled street. The sea section is not suitable for bathing.
The room size is ok, the furniture, at least in room 305 a No No go, the mattress was unfortunately not the best, so the end of the bed, also the windows fall half off and can not be reasonably closed.
WiFi was no longer available in the small outdoor area, only in the main building. Breakfast was ok for Brazilian conditions.
But what has disturbed us very much, what we noticed just a little later, someone searched our things we left at the hotel pool during our 30 minutes walk, and 40 reals/real (2x20), which we dumbly left in a bag has gone away!
It's not about the amount, but that someone strange in the hotel's pockets.
We would definitely no longer stay there, there are cheaper, better located, better equipped hotels in Natal in beach location.

The service is attentive, courteous and helpful, the reception desk is attentive and attentive, with Israel and other employees. WISH NATAL is beautiful and very well located. If peace and tranquility is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. If you have young children, that will work too. The hotel is a little dated, you can see some bruises here and there, but the cleanliness is top notch. The staff is very warm and makes you feel very welcome. Waiters like ”King” Arthur, Junior, Djalmir and Creusa made our stay much more pleasant. Saulo, the pool bartender is a very talented guy and keeps the bar running like clockwork. They should definitely fix the elevators (they malfunction all the time) and provide some afternoon menu (cheese bread, cakes, pancakes or tapioca to pair with the espresso). I mean, the food is very good, it only felts short on that aspect. The bedroom needs some light control improvements and better storage, all this is much better in the suites. The ocean view from our balcony was BREATHTAKING! The entertainment team does whatever it takes to please you and keep the kids occupied without disturbing the environment (everyone gets what they want), including beach tennis, pool aerobics and beach activities. The beach itself was great but too windy for us to take advantage of the nice beach chairs and umbrellas, good for a walk though (sunscreen is a must). Overall it's a very nice place that I recommend to friends who want to spend a week or two in Natal.

The hotel's strong point is certainly the food. Sensational! of all restaurants. The staff's friendliness is great! The reasonable efficiency, I expected more than 5 stars. Room did not meet my expectations, smell of unpleasant mto mopho, we complained, made a maintenance in ozone air conditioned, but did not solve. We had a discharge in the bathroom, which delayed us to watch ai magic show, we ended up losing ... Prima swimming pools, but could have some air conditioning, the heated pool was for adult, my 4-year-old son couldn't enjoy. Finally, mto hotel is good, but for the value we paid was expected more, mainly from accommodation.

Excellent
This is probably one of the easiest reviews I have written in a long time. Coral Plaza was a refreshing oasis of fun, a great location, good food, comfort and friendly hospitality. The staff has the right attitude here, everyone wants to help and make your experience even better. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, clean and safe. We had a small problem with the AC in room 104 upon check-in but the management sent a tech to fix it and the issue was solved within a few minutes. The pool areas are spacious and well furnished, with plenty of room for all. The restaurant offers excellent food. Our breakfasts here were likely the best breakfasts that we enjoyed during our 2024 tour of Brazil. The bar, the spa, the parking basement (with plenty of parking spaces), all worked really well for us. We liked the Coral Plaza Resort so much that we decided to stay an extra night and the hotel management accommodated us (in the middle of their high season!) in room 126 which was also nice, perhaps with a lesser attractive view from the balcony than our previous deluxe room 104, but we were very happy to have it. We will be back!

LLopesMárcioQuarto grande com sofá, mesa, pia com bancada. Café da manhã bom. A localização é razoável, não fica muito perto dos melhores bares e restaurantes, mas estando de carro não é problema. A manutenção ficava desejar, uma luminária da cama pendurada e a outra não ligava, o forro gradeado da entrada do hotel bem danificado, o elevador parando desnivelado nos andares, várias pessoas tropeçavam ao sair.

Spent 3 nights in mid December with the family at the sister property Pontalmar Praia Hotel, which had its amenity areas under remodelling so most of our hotel time was spent at Rifoles Praia Hotel & Resort. Management was unified for the 2 properties so I'd assume the same treatment would be given if the situation I'm describing below happened at Rifoles: we had a 2-room reservation at Pontalmar -aveerage accommodation, decent breakfast, very poor internet connection. O the 2nd day my oldest son noticed that 2 Hurley board shorts were missing. Hotel could not provide any resolution: front desk claimed they needed to check with Security, which in turn handed over the problem to Housekeeping.. Management was non-existent until the very last minute, when someone from Rifoles was pulled in. She assured us that the hotel would get back in a couple of hours. No response that day. No response to my subsequent emails. I'd definitively avoid the property and its sister place, Pontalmar Praia Hotel.

The floors are confused, because in addition to the accommodation in the village (place as they call rooms near the pool), even as lift never comes into the room without taking a stairs lance, it is like the rooms were in the middle of the floors ( well confused). Morning coffee is good, but don't worry about variation, juices always the same ( artificial), and the northeast offers very good typical fruits. The beach is close to the beach ( there is a pool gate, which leaves even closer). The bed had no top bed, which damages those who have more weight, or problems in the column. Parking paid 20.00 per day if you rent a car, I left my one on the street, because that's quiet there ( I left in a disabled restaurant park on the other side of the street), super quiet, Even because I was in front of the door of a building, but generally in front or behind street is quiet to leave the vehicle.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautifully located, is a few meters from the Black Point beach, the hotel is very large, the reception service is very good. Breakfast is simple and tasty. The room where I stayed is very large and clean. But the room access card had always to go to the reception to activate again, even leaving the card away from other cards and mobile, it was a disorder because the hotel is big and the room I stayed was very far from the reception. You need to make a rest outside the hotel, paint, make a hair again.

This is definitely a hotel to go with kids and family. Kids are free to play all the time at the pools and the beach and enjoy family time. This is not a luxury hotel, but definitely a very comfortable place to have family holidays near the beach. The views are the best. You can view the ocean at all times, with the sounds of the waves. Beautiful. The food is very good and at all times. The hotel people work hard to meet everyone requirements. I think plastic plates and mugs are perfect for the hotel characteristics. Will suggest to do the same for the ice-cream and deserts to avoid plastic flying with the winds.
