I booked the hotel to bring my mom so she could enjoy the stay after a cancer treatment during the Brazilian winter. The room is really nice, the staff is great, and the hot tub was a big reason to choose the hotel. But we could not use it as Vogal doesn’t have hot water (stayed in 2 rooms and had the same issue). It was challenging to take a shower, as the water at best was not freezing - not even warm. I’m vegan and informed it upon arrival so the kitchen could be prepared. I was informed it was not an issue. But breakfast was almost impossible and for the exception of my second night, there were almost no options to eat dinner - surely not worth paying for the food if you are vegan. Natal has great vegan options in many restaurants. If you are ok with no hot shower and a cold tub (Which should be fine in summer around here) it has nice amenities and very well trained staff. They were very polite when I complained about paying for 6 meals and having a hard time with 5 of them, explained to me what they would do internally só future guests didn’t have the same issue and how their policy is to not give a discount so too bad I could not eat. Went to my room to eat some peanuts.

Good place to go anywhere. There is a need for a rented vehicle for the comfort of the tour for those from out of town. They could do a little more cleaning and minor repairs due to day-to-day use, but overall it's good. The service is good, with attentive and prompt staff. Room with bathroom of good size for a couple, not needing to be bigger. Bed and bath linen clean and in very good condition. Good breakfast, with fruits, juices, coffee (we lacked, as a suggestion, a hot chocolate), bread, cakes, eggs, cheese bread, tapioca, etc. I'll be back, given the opportunity.

WISH NATAL is beautiful and very well located. If peace and tranquility is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. If you have young children, that will work too. The hotel is a little dated, you can see some bruises here and there, but the cleanliness is top notch. The staff is very warm and makes you feel very welcome. Waiters like ”King” Arthur, Junior, Djalmir and Creusa made our stay much more pleasant. Saulo, the pool bartender is a very talented guy and keeps the bar running like clockwork. They should definitely fix the elevators (they malfunction all the time) and provide some afternoon menu (cheese bread, cakes, pancakes or tapioca to pair with the espresso). I mean, the food is very good, it only felts short on that aspect. The bedroom needs some light control improvements and better storage, all this is much better in the suites. The ocean view from our balcony was BREATHTAKING! The entertainment team does whatever it takes to please you and keep the kids occupied without disturbing the environment (everyone gets what they want), including beach tennis, pool aerobics and beach activities. The beach itself was great but too windy for us to take advantage of the nice beach chairs and umbrellas, good for a walk though (sunscreen is a must). Overall it's a very nice place that I recommend to friends who want to spend a week or two in Natal.

The staff was perfect. I was well received in the city, the Hotel has some amazing points of view of the city in case you're looking for a good place to take a shoot of the landscape. The hotel was well cleaned and the staff was always ready to be at service. If you're going to Natal/RN, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Villa Park Hotel was a recommendation from our agency for a night, since we arrived at Christmas at 2 o'clock and the trip to Touros would take more 1:30, we were tired. We are surprised by the hotel; the location for the next destination was convenient, the rooms are simple but spacious, comfortable and with a very pleasant bed. The bathroom is wide, with a shower that invited to extend the bathroom. The hotel has air conditioning and the room is well-cooled for the warmth of the region. Breakfast was simple, tasty and in a suitable amount. The covered parking was wide and easy to access. One point to be improved is the ventilation at the breakfast place, because when we arrived to take coffee, it was quite disturbed.

Fui com minha namorada e tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa, ambiente muito aconchegante, limpo, ótimo atendimento, além disso um ótimo café da manhã. Passei apenas uma diária, mas a vontade era de ter ficado mais. Com certeza voltarei em uma nova visita para natal.

The hotel is 3 stars, it is very good. Some areas there showed a little lack of maintenance. cleaning the rooms x up, here I see you here no. Sabana change only the top withes. The La Belle Beach Hotel is unfortunately separated from the beach/sea by a very well-travelled street. The sea section is not suitable for bathing.
The room size is ok, the furniture, at least in room 305 a No No go, the mattress was unfortunately not the best, so the end of the bed, also the windows fall half off and can not be reasonably closed.
WiFi was no longer available in the small outdoor area, only in the main building. Breakfast was ok for Brazilian conditions.
But what has disturbed us very much, what we noticed just a little later, someone searched our things we left at the hotel pool during our 30 minutes walk, and 40 reals/real (2x20), which we dumbly left in a bag has gone away!
It's not about the amount, but that someone strange in the hotel's pockets.
We would definitely no longer stay there, there are cheaper, better located, better equipped hotels in Natal in beach location.

Aanadew2The staff are absolutely amazing – so kind and always happy to help. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The swimming pool/restaurant area is just stunning, especially in the evening with the gorgeous decorative lights everywhere and the traditional Brazilian touches that create such a fantastic atmosphere. And the food is incredible, both for dinner, lunch and breakfast! We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! I would highly, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Natal.

This is probably one of the easiest reviews I have written in a long time. Coral Plaza was a refreshing oasis of fun, a great location, good food, comfort and friendly hospitality. The staff has the right attitude here, everyone wants to help and make your experience even better. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, clean and safe. We had a small problem with the AC in room 104 upon check-in but the management sent a tech to fix it and the issue was solved within a few minutes. The pool areas are spacious and well furnished, with plenty of room for all. The restaurant offers excellent food. Our breakfasts here were likely the best breakfasts that we enjoyed during our 2024 tour of Brazil. The bar, the spa, the parking basement (with plenty of parking spaces), all worked really well for us. We liked the Coral Plaza Resort so much that we decided to stay an extra night and the hotel management accommodated us (in the middle of their high season!) in room 126 which was also nice, perhaps with a lesser attractive view from the balcony than our previous deluxe room 104, but we were very happy to have it. We will be back!

GGuest UserO hotel tem uma boa localização, mas o preço cobrado não faz jus aos serviços. No Primeiro dia ficamos em uma apartamento péssimo, sem internet, o ar não gelava ( dormimos no calor porque fomos informados que não havia mais ninguém para consertar no domingo a noite) cama dura e um banheiro antigo com cortina, no outro dia foi trocado após muita insistência pois íamos passar 5 dias, o quarto trocado foi mais moderno, porém com uma péssima acústica, na hora do café dava para ouvir tudo e acabávamos acordando antes do desejado. Não é um hotel 4 estrelas pois não tem um espaço infantil, não tem uma brinquedoteca e os quarto luxo deixam a desejar …Até o dia que fomos embora não tinha internet na tv.

It is, if you need something, it takes a long time to get to the reception. In contrast, the hotel is wonderful if vc doesn't need anything ...

The dissapointment started right at the checkin moment. It is supposed to happen at 2pm and rooms are not always ready for guests. Apart from that, I had to wait almost an hour to get my keys. The checkin process is way too complicated and the queue only gets bigger and bigger. For my first 2 nights stay the room was somehow decent, with an ocean view, but there was a leak from the AC in the middle of the room that no one seemed to care about. For my second one-night stay, they gave me the worst room possible, with a view to the ladder that people use to reach the beach. This means zero privacy! Also, the room smeled mold and you could see it here and there. Very old room, telephone didn`t work. Staff are not always nice, they seem to be very unhappy.

The floors are confused, because in addition to the accommodation in the village (place as they call rooms near the pool), even as lift never comes into the room without taking a stairs lance, it is like the rooms were in the middle of the floors ( well confused). Morning coffee is good, but don't worry about variation, juices always the same ( artificial), and the northeast offers very good typical fruits. The beach is close to the beach ( there is a pool gate, which leaves even closer). The bed had no top bed, which damages those who have more weight, or problems in the column. Parking paid 20.00 per day if you rent a car, I left my one on the street, because that's quiet there ( I left in a disabled restaurant park on the other side of the street), super quiet, Even because I was in front of the door of a building, but generally in front or behind street is quiet to leave the vehicle.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautifully located, is a few meters from the Black Point beach, the hotel is very large, the reception service is very good. Breakfast is simple and tasty. The room where I stayed is very large and clean. But the room access card had always to go to the reception to activate again, even leaving the card away from other cards and mobile, it was a disorder because the hotel is big and the room I stayed was very far from the reception. You need to make a rest outside the hotel, paint, make a hair again.

Me and my family booked the double suite that supposed to be the best that the hotel had to offer. But it was a big disappointment. The structure was old, paint on the walls coming off, sheets with stains, the balcony was full of dust and dirty, we found multiple cockroaches at the bathroom, the shower was horrible to keep the flow of water and keep it warm, the buffet was okish, not the best or remarkable but at least you won't be starving. The service at the weekend is a nightmare, during breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was no plates, cups, enough food.... I believe the hotel is still trying to be back to the great days, but need to improve a lot to be considered one of the best of Natal. Oh, it's tough to get uber at the hotel, be prepared for at least 15min wait to get someone.
