Despite several attempts, we were unable to reach the hotel services on the phone. The rooms were in terrible condition, and the hotel manager, Vanrya, personally assured us of a full reimbursement. However, we are yet to receive the promised reimbursement. We refuse to be taken for granted and demand immediate action. If our request is not met, we will be forced to escalate the matter and dispute this charge with AMEX CENTURION..

The entire hotel feels fresh and clean. Staff everywhere were amazing! Lobby is gorgeous, pool is fabulous and our rooms were lovely.

The real bad thing was the air conditioning had a motion sensor and I had to get out of bed like 10 times every night to make the motion sensor work, it was really really bad

Very clean and pretty property kind of stuck in a somewhat dilapidated area. The room where we stayed was very standard, yet very clean, and the bathroom was very nice. I saw security at the hotel many times, which made me feel safe. The menus at the restaurants are pretty limited for lunch and dinner. The pool restaurant closes if the weather is bad, so if you haven’t had lunch outside, you will have to eat inside and there aren’t many options. Overall, we had a very good time and found everything to be very good. I’m sure they’re still working out some of the kinks since they just reopened. My son visited friends staying at Baha Mar and he said it was filthy there and overly crowded. Other friends staying at BC’s sister property said our food was way better. Note: There is no ATM inside, and when we were there the one at Margaritaville didn’t work. I’d definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel with great service and friendly staff. The food was very good as well. The only down side was how loud the group of women that partied in the room across from us screaming being drunk almost every night until like 3 or 4 in the morning.
