The Bankers Alley Hotel Nashville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The roads were under construction. It was not easy driving to hotel. No parking available except for valet which cost 60 per day! No in and out available either. The hotel entrance is in an alleyway. I had to ask for assistance unloading bags from vehicle. Once I checked in I wasn't informed about where breakfast was (if any) or any amenities offered. Once I was up in my tiny king room with absolutely no windows (I faced an interior wall and another room) no sunlight. It felt very dark and gloomy. The outlets near the bed didn't work at all. One of the lamps switch was broken. The whole bulb assembly nearly fell when I touched it. There was a refrigerator in the room but it barely worked. There was dust and grime petrified in pull out table /tracks where coffee machine was. No ice machines!!!! I searched for 30 minutes and couldnt find anything that explained where i could get ice. I tried calling front desk but my phone didnt work. I physically went down to desk and they told me no ice machines and had to get from bar!!! Also no one offered to look at my phone in room since it didnt work. The sheets on bed very scratchy and uncomfortable as well as towels. Hair dryer was broken and didn't work well. It definitely was as clean as you would think a Hilton to be and the room wasn't anything like the online pictures. For 2 nites it cost me almost 660 not including the valet for my car. Restaurant/Bar area nice but for yogurt and fruit for breakfast was 17 dollars! Probably wouldn't stay here ever again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this unique hotel. I arrived late and I was greeted by Natalie at the front desk. She was warm and friendly! I was able to stop at the bar before going up to my room and the bartender was also so very kind, especially since they were getting ready to close. Once I checked into my room, I was pleasantly surprised with all the unique features from the artwork on the walls to the layout of the bathroom. The shower was very spacious to the point I thought I was at the spa. I know this hotel just went thru a renovation so kudos to the staff and the design team! There is construction going on right across the street, but you would never be able to tell once you step inside the doors. I would definitely stay here again! Hotel was excellent. Great location, clean, comfortable and wonderful staff. We were able to check in early which took off the stress of coming in on a very early flight and this was greatly appreciative. And to top it off, the manager D’Anglo sold us the penthouse with a balcony which we loved the most. Also enjoyed the refreshing water provided in the lobby. Thank you again for wonderful accommodations!

Do NOTTT stay at this hotel!!!! I rate if a 0 out of ten We had three rooms for three nights, there on business. One of the rooms had no AC they told me they were full and we could not move rooms. We got NO sleep for two of the three nights. They then moved us to a different room. They charge $100 incidentals per night, we have been home for two weeks and they have still not credited my card!!! They don’t offer a shuttle like most of the other hotels in that area. They say they are a Hilton Well that makes it clear to me to NEVER book with Hilton again This is UNACCEPTABLE for the price you pay to stay here!!!!
