The lack of having a front desk made some tasks a bit confusing than it should have been. Mostly the additional guest car parking.

The property was stocked with everything we needed for our trip. Its location made it so convenient for us to shop, dine and go downtown. I will absolutely be staying at a Sonder property again!!

Great! Stayed for a week. It's not quite as great as it looks in the photos- but no big deal. The floors are hardwood - so you can hear people clomping around above. It's annoying, but whatever. INCREDIBLE bedding. Loved having a dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, laundry! Location was EXCELLENT. Cool area with terrific restaurants literally just outside the front door. I loved the APP which gave me very clear instructions on how to check in etc. Will definitely use Sonder again.

Great property, will be staying in the future. Location away from downtown was perfect. Enjoyed the quietness till last evening when a bunch of spring breakers arrived, but they were all very nice and respectful. Great property!

Cleanliness was good. We were due to a family member having open heart surgery. We couldn’t get the tv to work. We didn’t sleep well at all because there was VERY LOUD noise every 3-4 minutes ALL night long. The second night was a little better but not much. We discovered it was the “high voltage elevator room” 2 doors down on the second floor.

I loved staying here. I walked downtown almost every day to see live music on Broadway, at the Ryman, and at Bridgestone Arena. I attended several events at Vanderbilt (free). It was just so conveniently located to so many things.
The property itself was just like being in an apartment. I cooked; I did my laundry; and I chilled on the couch to read or watch TV. It was just like being at home.
Sonder 21 provided me with the perfect balance of being a tourist and being a resident. I can't wait to come back again.

The property was very clean, secure. Loved having the kitchen and laundry for pur use. The kitchen had the bare minimum for cooking materials. Sadly the elevator was not working so we to carry our luggage up 2 flights. No recycling
