Quite disappointing despite the great location, excellent front staff and decor. I received an email as I arrived in Nashville telling me I'd been upgraded and to wait for further room instructions by email, that were not forthcoming. After speaking to an operator while waiting in the lobby, I was informed that the information provided the day before was correct for the room and that the emails were sent out of order. Not really a big deal but kind of annoying after a day travelling. Then the room had a rogue, used sock by the bed, which itself isn't a biggie but we've barely sat down by now. The morning after we found out that the water in the upgraded room was cold, so cold showers for us. You'd started a back and forth with maintenance where the water ranged from cold, through tepid and finally, on one day, hot enough for a normal shower. Front desk gave us a code to use a shower in a different room, which was hot, but also very, very weak. Pretty inconvenient as well.
