This hotel was in a great location and very clean. Kia, the employee who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to us. She told us about the shuttle that took us to broadway and what a bonus that was. We had muffins for evening snack. The breakfast was very good. Would definitely go back there if ever in the area again. Thank you Hyatt Place.

Check-in was easy, speedy. The two front desk women, especially the manager, were great. Was in the lobby when the manager had to deal with a problem male guest. She did an excellent job, had obviously been trained to deal with such situations. Only problem we had was the in-hotel dining options. While there was a small eating area, the menu was limited. We were unable to so out for dinner b/c I could not drive after dark. Breakfast food was plentiful but the serving area is small and really crowded. but food was good. However seating was limited. Would definitely book again.

Room was ready early, staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. Had a king room for four nights and it was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great! More than the usual places and food was hot! We highly recommend!

Bathroom was tiny…the sofa bed had smelly bedding and the mattress had a large moldy circle stain on it..gross

This was one of the most pleasant stays at a hotel I've ever had and it was all because of the staff. Especially Kia at the front desk! She was so welcoming, kind and pleasant, I think I would have considered staying even if I discovered a family of rats in my room (which I didn't, it was nice and clean). Breakfast was great and not just the bare minimum to qualify as "hot breakfast". The staff during breakfast was on point too. These people care about this hotel and it's guests. We will be back again next year for the same event and will definitely come back here again.

The only thing we would change was the mattress in the handicapped room we stayed in, as it appeared to be well worn and possibly ready for exchange. Everything else was great.

It was false advertisement. The property definitely needs renovations. We were itching the entire night which made us not stay the two days but only one. The beds are full size not queen and the space is so small.

One staff member would not offer solutions on how to get the virtual card that Travelocity provided to work properly to pay our bill. He only offered excuses. Also a fire alarm went off at 1am and the front desk had no idea what caused it. It took over 10 minutes to stop and then you could still hear it on other floors. Not a favorite place to stay!
