Staff were good. No hotel shuttle before 6am and that is the reason why I stay there had to pay out of pocket for taxi but the hotel did assist in a deal for the service to the airport. When checking out there was an issue with another guest leaving me no time to check out so no receipt or email was sent yet. as the staff was on the phone. More staff may be needed as the staff time was busy handling other things. When I was waiting another guest came to check in and waited as well and I had to leave before I was even helped.
Room was ok older but good price. I would not stay again.

I have stayed here before and it's very clean. This time i was in the handicapped room which was no different other than a bar in the shower. I take that back because there was no microwave or mini fridge.
That was a real letdown.

Everything was great!!! Our flights got cancelled three times and the ladies were so nice and helpful and even picked us up from the airport and took us back the next day.

Hotel was good as always but had someone hit my truck in the parking lot. Not happy about them not leaving a note or anything but I found who did it and plan to pursue the issue

This is a motel with exterior bedroom doors - not great for winter snow storm. Rare challenge but walkways not cleared so challenging and 2st room door did not finction. Reserved shuttle and left early without me

The bathroom had feces in the toilet and they charged me 200 for smoking and I wasn’t in the room when they said I smoked I was visiting a friend in town and made me vacate the room at midnight

Great overnight stay. Older hotel but clean and very friendly, super helpful staff and management due to a billing mix up, it was promptly addressed and corrected. The fire alarm was triggered around 2.a.m. a couple of times but it was reset and didn’t last very long so it didn’t really bother us. Nice resting spot for an overnight and would recommend to anyone needing to stay near NIA.
