The front desk staff, David, was terrific. He managed to check us in early and, due to a system glitch at corporate, he personally checked our rooms to ensure that they were clean and ready. I'd definitely stay again. We were able to walk to restaurants, and it was easily accessable to the freeway.

I man when checking out was not attentive- may have been sleeping at the desk. I had to say excuse me for him to look up after some time. Other wise and excellent place to stay. No issues.

My son, daughter and I came to Nashville for a gymnastic meet. I have never stayed at a Best Western before so I really didn't know what to expect. It was a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and kind. All areas were very clean. The breakfast had a lot of choices was quite edible. For the hotel being quite full, noise was at a minimum. This being said, the hotel is dated in its decor, and some of the furniture shows the wear, but I can deal with that especially knowing all the positives. If we find ourselves in Nashville again, we will definitely make reservations here.

Amazing! Clean and welcoming. Breakfast was so good! The bed was large and comfortable plus daily housekeeping. The space is large enough for family of 4. A separate area for lounge chairs and table. Work space included in the room. Shower was amazing, had messaging feeling.
Loved it! Would definitely come back.

The staff was amazing and did their best to accommodate everyone. The rooms were terrible between unknown splatter on the walls, and air conditioner that kept us up all night, lumpy beds, super small cheap pillows, no body soap, bugs, and even broken furniture. The pluses were the incredible staff and the water pressure in the shower. Unfortunately, these two were not enough to make us ever want to return.

Our room wasn’t extremely clean especially the bathroom. Also, we had no hot water in the shower. No matter which way I turned the dial, it was only lukewarm.

A VERY pleasant trip. Our children gave us tickets to see Frankie Valli at the Grand Ole Opry for our anniversary. A comfortable, clean, and pleasant employees at Best Western made our trip one to celebrate!

I ended up with a handicap room. The shower was rigged up. With only a funky hand wand that would fall down in shower every 10 seconds. The rest of the room was good.
