O hotel foi uma ótima estadia !!! O ar não funcionou corretamente na primeira sala que nos foi atribuída e a mulher na recepção não hesitou em consertar o problema e foi transferida imediatamente! Eu diria que a única queda para o hotel é a piscina, ela só vai a 3 pés. A piscina inteira tem 3 pés de profundidade, o que é uma grande chatice. Mas as crianças adoraram o hotel e o quarto era muito espaçoso para que pudéssemos caber lá confortavelmente!

Me, my husband and 9 yr old son were visiting the area for a card show and concert at the Grand Ole Opry. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive to the Opry(which was great!) and a 15 minute drive to the Nashville fairgrounds. The ladies at the check in desk were so nice. Our room had 2 beds, couch, full kitchen and a large bathroom. The room was clean, beds were nice and comfortable, overall we were EXTREMELY impressed, The indoor pool was clean even at 9 o’clock at night. And the indoor pool is a must with my child. Check out was easy with no wait. When we visit Nashville or anywhere else I will definitely stay in Residence Inn.

Had a little snafu at the beginning but from there on was smooth sailing. Everything and everyone was friendly, very accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoyed our visit very much.

Parking was easy. Check in fast, prob the best breakfast I’ve seen at a hotel. Only thing is the pool was ice cold and my daughter really wanted to swim

Our family stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed The Polar Express Ice experience At The Gaylord Opryland Hotel.
This hotel was very convenient and clean! The staff was friendly and helpful and the Breakfast was wonderful!

I loved this hotel. Super convenient for families, clean beds and spacious rooms. Grills outside to cook on as well as a fire pit!
Cons :: INDOOR pool was FREEZING - Hairs all over bathroom floor and on shower walls

The rooms were spacious. The breakfast is very nice . Don’t count on the pool it is not heated and was just way too cold for swimming. That was disappointing as we chose a hotel where we could use the pool. You just don’t expect an indoor pool to be freezing .

Staff were the nicest I have encountered at any hotel since COVID. They were kind, always smiling, and quick to address us every time. Had issues with 2 rooms and they had it corrected very quickly.
