Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

Hotel is located near Broadway where all the restaurants and bars are located. It is far enough where you don’t hear all the music but close enough to walk to all the entertainment.

Ultimately very happy with our stay. The only issue encountered - no trash rooms on our floor, so I made a trip to the lobby at 5am (I’m an early riser) to drop off a few items. The gentleman at the front desk was deeply asleep, so I woke him and asked if he had a trash can I could use for the items I had. He asked for my room number, which I thought odd, but I relented. To my horror, he immediately calls my room, and wakes up my girlfriend to which she was not pleased. Aside from that one snafu, the remainder of our stay was actually very nice.

Highly recommend! Short walk from Broadway, comfy bed, onsite restaurant was perfect for breakfast and great service and drinks from the bar. Will definitely return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holston. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff were very friendly.

The front desk ladies were terrific. So friendly and I watched them twice manage unhappy guests- one was trying to check in at 12:30 and was unhappy that no rooms were available yet. The other was a woman who jumped up in front of us as we were checking out to demand her card to be reprogrammed because it wasn’t working. The front desk representatives very patiently handled both of these unreasonable women.

Valet service damaged vehicle. After i returned home i noticed damage to front bumper. Manager will not return my call.
