We were not able to access the hotel with the provided code. We called customer service and they could not fix the issue. We were on the phone so long we were running late for our dinner/concert reservations with no resolution. We had to book another hotel so we had a place to stay and Sonder would not refund us. Worst experience ever. I'd rather sleep in a cardboard box than book another room here.

My stay was absolutely amazing! First of all, the price and location were perfect. I could walk to Broadway within 5 minutes. It was safe, extremely clean and comfortable. Honestly, I slept better than ever because it was just like being at home. Very quiet and had everything you could ever need. Planning my next trip for this summer and will most definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful.

We love the property, especially the excellent location. It is also clean, with a very nice kitchen.
Only negative is that no parking is available at the property, and it would be nice to know that beforehand

Everything was tidy. The sofa couch was torture. The bed really soft. Yeah, i felt like goldilocks. Nice place if you don't need extra beds.

We had no idea we woould be stuck in a cellar. There was no light in the room. There were only 2 windows that we at the top of the wall and the shades were down. They were too high to be able to open the shades and let everyone that walks by see down into our room. The bed was so uncomfortable. As soon as we walked in we could tell the bed had a crater in the middle of it. Anytime you tried to get in the bed you sunk to the middle. It was so bad it was hard to even get out. When we booked we were expecting a room like was in the promotional picture, nothing close!

Very clean accommodations with close access to Nashville's downtown.
Unique set up with no receptionist and access codes but easy to follow (even for a 62 yr old).

The place was really cool and homey but the pullout couch was broken and that was not communicated to us so we had to sleep on the floor. The shower faucet would not stay where you turned so it kept turning itself to scolding hot. Other than those 2 things it was a great stay.
