The worst service given by the hotel, not even 1 water bottle they gave and also the blankets were torn, moisture on walls and smelling.

The no cleanness in hotel premises. Hot water was not avialable in the room. Hygene was not maintained, i will never visit this hotel and also recomand to anybody.

First of all room was not clean and after calling three times they sent cleaning staff and bathroom was not clean neither buckets were clean nor mug was clean also when asked to clean they changed room but still bathroom was not clean not recommended to stay

No pantry, broken washroom, no fan speed control, broken electrical points. Considering i booked a suite, i expected water and tea/coffee in room but nothing was available.

Only good part about the property was it's location, one would get an easy commute because of the location. Otherwise the property is really poor. Intercom was not working, there was no wifi available (i called and checked for the same, the blankets had holes. Really pathetic. It's basically a property for local people to make arrangements for wedding guests

Location - 3. 5/5 ( because it's on the main road, at night there is too much horn sound disturbing the sleep)

parking within the premises is good
didn't try the restaurant in the hotel so not sure how it is
rooms are well equipped
hot water was not available at night

Hotel grand kinara at aurangabad didn't allow check in. Mm t conveniently advised me to just cancel the booking and roam on the roads at midnight to find myself at another hotel. Thank you for such a dumb service.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The water geyser was not working, so i had to take cold showers. The food was very cheap and oily. The wifi was also not working, so i couldn't stay connected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
