Hotel is not clean They dont provide dental kit Their kitchen is close in the night and then they say outside food is not allowed I had to negotiate with them I will never book this hotel again

Property was good but not good enough for what i paid. Booking was with food but the hotel asked us to pay for food while checking out. No support from make my trip. No complementary water too, room are good location good, parking at your risk, hotel management are only running for money not service. Every request takes 1hr to complete

Third grade bedding. Worst arrangements. Parking facility is very poor. Nothing is worth except location.

The location is good but the property is old and not maintained properly. Food is good but limited options are available. Most of the basic amenities are not there in this hotel required for a traveller.

The hotel is located at shalimar market which has many road side shopping options. The religious places like ramkundi and sita guff are hardly 1m5 kms away. It is advised to take an auto from outside the hotel as it is very crowded. The stay at hotel is average. The room is book however it has average amenities. The train type blankets had multiple holes. Same is the case was for bedsheets. I quite didn't feel very comfortable with the provided mattress but it could be my personal observation. Washroom had some specific smell but was clean. I had to call reception to switch on the geyser as they have put a central mcb at reception for geysers. The receptionist told me that it is to stop wastage as guests sometime left it on. However i felt that hotel staff should be more proactive in tellings guests about this handling. Food was average. The complimentary breakfast just has one dish (one choice from poha, uttapam, masala dosa) and a beverage (coffee or tea) which is derived to you on the table. Everything else is chargeable. Food taste is alright (can't say great. Staff behavior is polite and room service is good. The parking space is cramped but was able to find space for my sedan. It could be a little tricky for less expert drivers. Overall average stay. P. S- triambkeshwer temple is around 28 kms from here.

Ac was not working and main switch of ac was with reception. Slow service for breakfast. Room cleanliness was average. Need improvement in washroom cleanliness.

It's average. Foodwise also good but we have not tried as such with main course. Overall it's average

Hotel Shalimar Inn, Horrible experience Very badly maintained hotel and dirty rooms. Very rude behavior from hotel staff. No service orientation at all. The bathroom door was not locking and the staff first told us to "adjust". On persisting they changed our room. The new room allotted was very dirty. Lot of hair lying on the floor. The room boys did some quick cleaning to do damage control. The bathroom was dirty. The parking is too small and inconvenient can just accommodate 4-5 cars. To take out one car other cars have to be removed. Overall pathetic experience. Will not recommend.
