Absolutely loved our stay. Lovely spacious room with a comfy bed! Great location with all easy access to the excellent services of the beautiful city of Narbonne. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful massage in the well-being centre which was well worth the cost. The roof terrace is a real asset to the hotel with lovely views and just a space to relax. Very much recommended.

Really nice boutique hotel in the quiet back streets of Narbonne but literally a 5 minute walk into the centre and the restaurants. Only 10 rooms to the hotel, no elevator, unfortunately we had skid for an upper room as we had not realised there was air conditioning and when the weather is hot we like to sleep with a window open. We ended up with room 9 which was not ideal as up 56 steps, also the one room overlooked the lovely roof top patio, fortunately for us it was raining otherwise maybe it could have been quite noisy if people were using it in the evening, so I would say for that the room to avoid was no 9. So go for a lower floor unless you want a work out. If you arrive with a car make sure you book a parking spot in their garage, there are only 4 spaces and when you arrive you will see the sign for the hotel at the garage door which is opposite the hotel, there is a place where you can park your car whilst you check in and get the details on how to access the garage. The spaces are very good and access is easy going in and out. The guy on reception spoke good English and was very helpful, giving recommends for restaurants and booking one for us. The room was clean, nicely decorated , comfortable large bed and quiet. We did not have breakfast. If staying in Narbonne this is definitely a good place to be.

We were initially disappointed owing to a misunderstanding between us, our agent and the hotel on the room we were expecting, but we soon got over it. We were in Junior Suite on the 1st floor(no lift).The room was spacious, clean with every facility, including a modern, powerful shower. Reception shuts at 2000 hours, so you have a code to let yourself in. Breakfast is pre-ordered continental, but you can change it daily by informing Reception before 2000 hours. There is a pleasant roof terrace foe a late p.m. or evening drink, where you can watch the house martins feeding. Note, you cannot bring in your own drink. You have to consume the hotel's offering. It is set in a quiet residential street about 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Whilst a bit quirky and old-fashioned, and we got used to it and rather liked it. the staff are pleasant and helpful. We would happily recommend it.

Nous avons fait étape à Narbonne dans cet hôtel. Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé de l'accueil par un réceptionniste très sympathique et efficace jusqu'à notre départ. La situation, proche du centre historique, dans un quartier calme, avec un garage à proximité immédiate, la qualité de notre hébergement, le service impeccable: tout cela a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

Nous avons reçu un fantastique accueil dans cet hôtel très chaleureux! Literie excellente! Café, mini-bar impeccable. On s’est régalé au petit-déjeuner. Localisation parfaite à 2 pas des halles et du centre ville. Nous avons passé un excellent WE chez vous, merci!

Chambre top avec des couleurs enveloppantes et un lit très confort Petit déjeuner simplement bon avec plusieurs variétés de pain, viennoiserie, jambon, fromage, jus de fruits … Service impeccable
