Staff were friendly and helpful. Quality service. Safe and clean rooms. My wife and I felt at home. And plenty of eating options around.

This is the absolute worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in. It can hardly be considered a 'boutique hotel' when it's basically an apartment run by an unpleasant host in a sketchy, tasteless building. The room was tiny, the bathroom was cramped, and the window had blurred glass, so there was no view. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was low. The people, Fernando and Bhole, were really unfriendly and acted inappropriately. They argued with us and even with each other, which made the atmosphere completely unpleasant. Incredibly high price. There are much better places to stay nearby. When it was written on the door "do not disturb" the cleaning lady came to turn off the AC when I did not expect any guests. When we came back our belongings were completely on different place. While the garbage hadn't even been removed properly after cleaning. Wi-Fi connection was non-functional at the room, only near entrance. Breakfast is a cheap supermarket random - here wasn't even an option for an omelette or eggs for breakfast. We arrived at 2:00 PM as we'd arranged, there was nobody there. We had to wait for 15 minutes after calling the hotel to get in. I'm really extremely upset about the money and time we wasted here. But on the bright side we decided to move out and find a much better place to stay that was also a lot cheaper.

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Neocore. Francesca was indeed the best. She set up tours of Amalfi Coast and Isle of Capri for us. We saved a lot of money by going through her. The tour guides were 5 star also. We were very happy with the staff and the service. They were very kind and welcoming. We highly recommend the Neocore. If we could, we would give them 10 stars. We are 2 couples that stayed 1 night at Neocore. It was perfect! Close to city center attractions and waterfront. It had everything we needed - a very comfortable bed, clean room and ensuite bathroom. We were only there for one day and left very early in the morning so we didn’t experience the breakfast. However, we picked up food for dinner and ate in the the common area. It was so convenient with all we needed - plates, cutlery, etc. Fernando was at the desk and was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to see in 1 day. He also arranged for our airport taxi. Don’t let the outside of the building deter you….once inside, Neocore is very cozy, clean and comfortable. It is a little difficult to find as there is no large signage outside. It is inside a building on second floor. Small sign outside main door. I would definitely recommend and stay again if ever returning to Naples.

Delightful small hotel with lovely helpful staff - especially the wonderful Francesca who goes out of her way to help. Room was splendid - spacious with really good comfortable bed, and excellent en-suite. Breakfast was ideal - fresh, even to the point of the oranges on your table being pressed into fresh juice for you. We stayed for a night at either end of a cruise from Naples and the hotel was ideal for recovering after tiring travel. A comfortable breakfast / relaxing area where we were happy to relax while waiting for taxi to the port or the car arranged to get us to the airport. Delighted with our choice of hotel in Naples.

The Neocore is in a good location for a visit to Naples within easy reach of the Historic Centre and also walkable to the port/seafront. The hotel only has a small number of rooms, is of a high standard and contemporary in style, had plenty of options for breakfast and staff are very helpful/friendly. However it is difficult to find as is within a larger building block with no obvious external signage, immediate vicinty a bit scruffy (though that applies to much of Naples) and room windows were frosted and looked out onto a backyard.

Very cosy & charming hotel, design & luxury furniture, large rooms. Amazing breakfast, much beyond the Italian standard, really cool stuff. Coffee, tea and biscuits available all day at your discretion : The host is really looking for all what would please the guests. Very nice and cool experience.
