Posizione comoda, siamo entrati subito in modo Smart con i codici, poi durante check out abbiamo pure lasciato i nostri bagagli e poi siamo tornati a prenderli, molto comodo.
Camera pulizia e tranquilla.
L’unica pecca è la mancanza di sole nella finestra

Noisy, Unsafe area. Very dirty outride and homeless men gather. Feels very unsafe. Traffic blaring all night. Impossible to sleep. There are plenty of other hotels nearby in quieter safer areas. It is called a B & B. It does not serve breakfast.

I paid in full for 4 nights. Agoda did not give the full address just the square and I arrived at 9.06. Even though I paid in full for 4 nights, they did not send check in details. They ignored my multiple phone calls and emails. There are groups of homeless men outside and it felt very unsafe. I was a solo female traveler left stranded without a room late at night. I managed to check in the next day. The walls were like paper and you could every conversation in the next room. The endless beeping horns outside the train station made it absolutely impossible to sleep. Avoid.

They let me in the street. I arrived a little after 21h due to flight delay. I call them in the pouring rain asking for help, as obviously I had no other reservation, and they said me "We can not help you"... But they charged me the amount. I consider this a robbery.

Accomodation at B&B Paradise disappointed us. The room’s condition was less than average, at least one of the power socket on the wall was about to crack and therefore did not work. The TV for some reason did not work. Based on pictures and reviews this definitely let us disappointed. We would next time consider another option for sure.

David on reception was a really friendly helpful guy with a welcome that was warm. The room was cheap and so we did not expect too much. The bathroom was tatty but the bed was ok and we unplugged the fridge because it was noisy but in truth it served a purpose and that was to get a good night's sleep before we got out of Naples. It is across the road from the station so that was a big plus. We would use again if desperate enough to stay in Naples.

The girl in the reception was so nice and helpful, the locations is amazing just across the street from the station .. the room floor was a bit dusty, the bed and pillow very uncomfortable very tiny room, i can hear the next room when they flush the toilet very noisy the street the building is in is not comfortable however it’s good for the price if you want something for one night and near the station

Please please don’t stay here! I’m a random block of flats with the novelty of needing to wade through scores of homeless people. No reception, lift is like something from a haunted house, bed is uncomfortable, pillows are like painted rocks and it’s got the feeling of a damp hostel!

Good location for the train station in Naples, staff were helpful, view of Vesuvius and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, this is the only positive feedback I can give for this. The breakfast was in the room and was not very good for the price of the room. The bathroom was very small and the floor smelt bad. The surrounding streets are very dirty and it is difficult to locate the build in which the hotel is in. I don't think we will be staying again
