The location was not easy to find, I communicated with the hotel staff by phone, I was told that I could not check in, I could apply for a refund, and then asked me to contact the platform, I contacted the platform to inform the incident, the platform said that I needed to call the hotel to confirm, but the hotel did not admit it, anyway, it was not a successful stay and it was raining, alas!

Flat was spacious and clean. It was very handy to the Metro and walking distance to many of the sites in Naples.

The location of this apartment is great, right in the middle of the port and the main train station in Naples. The communication with the owners was fantastic and although they were not physically there 24/7 they responded straight away when I submitted questions on whats app. The room was super clean, the staff were attentive and they even provided a safe location for our luggage after check-out and drinks such as coffee, water and tea at a very good value. They use an honesty box and the bottle of water is only €0.50 for example, so we always got a bottle each from there in the morning, before we started our day. The rooms are comfortable, bathroom is fully equipped with a hairdryer as well and there's a supermarket right behind the building. Also gellateria across the street. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per il ponte dell'immacolata con la mia famiglia e devo dire che siamo rimasti davvero molto molto soddisfatti, camere nuovissime, ampie e pulite. il materasso migliore che abbia mai trovato, posizione ottima per il centro, personale reception estremamente cortese e disponibile (TOP). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da Ezia molto simpatica e soprattutto gentilissima ci ha messo a proprio agio dicendoci sempre che se avevamo domande oppure qualsiasi cosa da chiedere potevamo chiamarla senza nessun problema a qualsiasi ora,abbiamo dormito in 4 in stanza doccia molto pulita e grande unica pecca un letto faceva molto rumore se ci si muoveva, forse bisognerebbe cambiarlo, la struttura e molto silenziosa potevamo usufruire anche della saletta per mangiare qualcosa molto pulita anche essa con un frigo con le bevande e la cosa che mi ha colpito e che bisognava mettere ad ogni consumazione a piacere e fiducia soprattutto i soldi in cassa l’ho trovato molto positivo.

Ottima struttura, vicino alla metro Università, ma che è vicina a zone di attrazione turistica facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Stanza enorme e pulita ( un mini frigo non ci starebbe male ) nel complesso ottima struttura con personale gentilissimo, hanno provveduto a prenotare un parcheggio presso una struttura convenzionata

Positivo:la posizione cordiale l’accoglienza. Negativo: Prezzo elevato, check in alle 15, check out ore 10,30, copri water imbarazzante, pareti in camera sporche, acqua calda dopo 5 minuti di attesa e con scarsa pressione, no colazione no frigo in camera, reception assente al check out.

La posizione è ottima per vedere Napoli lo consiglio. Attenzione che non essendoci una reception bisogna avvisare prima di arrivare.Unico neo che non c'è la colazione e nemmeno una convenzione con qualche caffetteria nella vicinanza, o forse non sono stato avvisato.
