Amazing location with friendly staff. The signage out on the street was a bit confusing as it pointed down a different alley, but the hotel is actually to the right next to the statue. Great experience, would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in a very good location adjacent to the cathedral and close to lots of restaurants and bars as well as other sights such as the undergound tours. Our room was basic but clean with fresh towels every day. The shower was small and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. Breakfast was good with cold meats, cheese, fruit, cake, croissants etc. However, a major drawback which needs serious attention is the access to rooms on the first floor. The lift goes only to the second floor and you have to descend a metal, spiral staircase to the floor below OR you use the fire escape from the ground floor which was metal and very slippery due to the rain.

The friendliest and most helpful staff you can imagine! Excellent location, despite of very central location quiet as there is hardly any traffic around it. My room was excellent and modernised- some of the other rooms where the friends stayed were not and not very nice.

-I hv read many reviews and for the haters I hv to put to you; what did you pay and what do you therefore expect? -This hotel is CENTRAL to everything, it’s basically off the Spaccanapoli! -Providing you are mobile you can walk EVERYWHERE👏🏼 -The rooms are basic and probably a little tired (I am staying here now with my son in a twin bedded room), but they are kept VERY clean and the towels (I would not expect this) are changed daily as are the soap/shampoo/bath foam. -We hv a fridge. We hv Netflix (too tired to watch)….. -The electric sockets (next to bed) are a little unstable but everything works. -We came to sleep and shower in our rooms, we didn’t come to hang out in them. They are appropriate to meet our needs, we don’t hv complaints. -If I’d paid twice the money I’d expect a top dollar experience….. -The staff are pleasant and polite. The breakfast is typically continental; you can request extra teas and coffees. -We are satisfied ENTIRELY based on what we paid. Bravo Hotel Caravaggio, we hv loved Napoli🇮🇹🫶🏼🧚🏼♀️

Decent quality hotel with central location and friendly staff. The rooms have a bit strange decoration and we faced difficulty with the shower (addjusting hot and cold water). Also the "garden roof" was under construction in September 2023. Breakfast was decent.

Terrible experience. Very gross hotel & staff not pleasant. We felt nasty sleeping in the bed and didn’t even attempt using the shower. Tried to force us to use cash only for payment & when telling them about our room quality, they didn’t care.

I’ll start by saying that all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed meaning we didn’t arrive to the hotel until half past midnight but we had no problems checking in. However, the condition of the hotel is really poor. Pretty much everywhere you look there’s cracks and holes in the walls, or they’re completely covered in scuff marks. Attempts have been made to fix the larger holes but nothing more than a very bad filling job with no attempt to redecorate it. The shower cubical was extremely small with nowhere to place shower gel/shampoo etc and the water temperature is not stable.
The hotel is located down a pedestrian only road but is only a couple minutes walk to the main road. It’s a little tricky to find as it’s in a court yard and you can’t see the name of the hotel from the path, we walked past it a few times before realising where it was. Having said that it was in a great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
