After being messaged 3 times on WhatsApp and *********** to supply an arrival time, I message this hotel back giving my ETA - which I felt pressured to supply. Upon discussion with my wife, we decided to maybe change things around, and even though we were passed the free cancellation date, we requested if we could change the 1 night stay to a two night stay at the end of our 2 week holiday. They responded that yes those dates were available and said I'd need to call *********** to do so. I assume this was because I had been charged for the hotel so I spent 45 minutes on the phone to ***********, who called the hotel TWICE to try and convince them to let me change. They claimed the hotel was booking the one night I wanted (even thought ***********.assistant could see in their messages they said otherwise) yet mentioned how they had tried to get in touch with me but I hadn't responded. So basically, because I was still planning my itinerary and couldn't supply an answer, they spitefully declined to change my days unless I let the 72euros for my single go as a cancellation. What a scam! Even if they had said, no sorry not without losing your payment already made, I at least wouldn't have wasted 45 minutes on the phone. Save your money! From the photos on *********** (which I failed to check) it looks like you won't get a room like in their pictures anyway! **Photo showing their availability when they claimed not to be, and allowed me to go through to the final step button - which I didn't press!
