A entrada para o hotel merece mais informações, pois a placa de informação do hotel é minuscula. É assustador a chegada ao hotel, mas este surpreende ao adentrar ao mesmo. Antigo , mas bem conservado. O atendimento é muito bom, atenciosos. O café da manhã tambem surpreende pela qualidade dos produtos apresentados. Recomendo o hotel

Our stay at this hotel (6 nights) was perfect. The hotel is ideally located near the Historical Centre, the Spanish Quarter, the funicular to Vomero, the National Archaeological Museum and not far from the port and the seafront walk. It is also a stone's throw from the Toledo Metro line 1. The bedrooms are clean and well-equipped with the authenticity of a renovated Italian palazzo. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The team at the front desk are professional, proactive and available. The breakfast is really good: choice, freshness, quantity. However, when reserving, you must ask for a quiet room. Our first night was in a noisy room, but we were given another room straight away. We will certainly go back and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We loved this hotel! It was very clean and the staff was fantastic! They had great recommendations for resturants. The breakfast they serve is beyond expectations. Naples is an exciting city with so much to see the hotel is in close proximity to many of the highlights. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here next time!

We booked 2 rooms with another couple, but they located the other couple at a separate location ( ~ 1 km away from the main Toledo location) and did not communicate this clearly to them. We ended up taking another room at this location. We found the room to be clean but not finished. The free breakfast at the other location consisted of one coffee and one baked item at the next store cafe - no where near the same as the breakfast at the main location. The elevators used to get to the upper floors stalled - we did not use them after the first try.

The first person we met was Elenora, who met us, carried our bags and was overall pleasant and knowledgeable. She always seemed to be there and was very helpful on many levels. The property is very old and is beautiful, maintaining the murals and stained glass windows. Our bed was really, really comfortable, and we had a small balcony where we could watch the constant show on the street below. Housekeeping was a disappoin**ent. Not in their work, the room was done very well every day. They threw my soap away and used my Lancome face products, neither of which made me very happy as we left them a tip daily. The breakfast is massive, you will not leave for the day hungry.

We were travelling with a baby. We’re happy about everything: friendly staff, incredibly nice room with fancy bed, best possible location in the city. Recommended!

This is a very mediocre hotel with nice rooms. I stayed in the royal suite for one night before my return flight and generally, found the hotel itself to be old and very basic. My room, however, was very spacious with a gorgeous mural on the ceiling. It was a good spot for one night if you do not plan on spending any amount of time in the hotel itself, but I would look to stay at a more welcoming hotel in Naples next time.

While our room had a beautiful painted ceiling and a nice big bed it simply wasn’t worth paying 500€ per night for it. Sorry to be negative but the details were not up to the standards one would expect for such an expensive room. Painting in bathroom badly finished, tiny shower, and although the windows had double glazing the noise from the street was still audible. All acceptable for a room one might pay 150€ or 200€ but not for a room which costs 500€. Also the narrow corridor leading to the room was very grubby. The staff was very kind and attentive and they kindly upgraded us but the hotel management should revise their prices.

Bad and smelly interior. Not clean. Missing door handles. Overpriced. Poorly decorated. Noisy water heater. Dusty furniture. No Wi Fi. Dirty glass balcony doors. Staff unprofessional. Filthy and noisy surroundings. Avoid this place all-together.
