Check-in is to be done at the nearby place, within the walk distance from the accommodation. If you haven’t check-in online, you’d have to do it yourself on the spot. Welcome desk wasn’t welcoming. If you arrive before 3 pm and want to leave your luggage it costs 4€ per piece of luggage. What was a bit shocking was the fact that when leaving deposit which was 200€ for 2 days, receptionist takes your card physically. No option to swipe your credit/debit card. In case of any damage money won’t be returned to your account, however no one comes to check the apartment at the check-out, so you have to trust them. We were told if all ok money would be returned within 2 weeks, however after 2 weeks we were told that if it was debit card it takes around 1 month. Kind of sponsoring by guests since they are super busy and everyone has to leave deposit. Accommodation is on the floor where were several rooms all with bathroom. On the check-out day let is to be left at the corridor. Room was nice and clean, however there were some bugs, although everything was super clean. Location was great, and if no bad impression left by front-desk and deposit that still hasn’t been returned, this accommodation would be excellent value for money, however this way we won’t recommend.
