Although the Naples train station is always said to be unsafe, the hotel itself is still very safe. You can see the hotel when you come out of the train station, it is very close. You can get off at the subway station at the door, and the airport bus station is also at the door, so the transportation is very convenient. I checked in early before the check-in time that day, and I also upgraded the room. I can see the view of Mount Vesuvius and the sunrise the next day. It was a good experience👌🏻

We had a 4-night stay at the Grand Hotel Parker’s at the end of our 14-day Italy trip and it turned out to be one of our favorite hotels of the trip. I booked 2 rooms through Hyatt as a Hyatt Globalist and although globalist benefits are not included at Small Luxury Hotels, we were upgraded to a corner suite which may be one of the best rooms in the hotel as it has a private terrace (in addition to the small balcony). The second room was adjoining so it was like having a large 2-bedroom apartment for our stay. I know some negative reviews complained about rooms being old but both of these rooms were newly remodeled and were elegant and spacious. The staff here is amazing starting at check in with Martina who was just lovely and showed us to our room after checking us in. All of the 6th floor lounge and terrace restaurant employees are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure your meals and drinks are satisfactory. Antonio explained their James Bond themed cocktails and always took great care of us. We did not eat at the Michelin star restaurant on site but enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on the 6th floor terrace and the views cannot be beat. It is true that you are not on the center of Naples but the service here and the views make up for that and it is a short taxi to the city center. Finally, we had the opportunity to meet Giovanni, the owner and Chief Experience Officer our first morning. I sometimes have general managers introduce themselves particularly at Hyatt branded properties, but Giovanni went further by checking on us the next day and when he saw us at dinner he sent over complimentary meatballs and drinks. Overall, a great way to end our trip.

The English of the female waitress at the front desk was very Italian, and the service was cold. We asked for an extra quilt and bed sheet, but it was not delivered after waiting for a long time. There was no phone in the room, so we had to run downstairs to tell the front desk. The male front desk staff had a good attitude and called to urge us immediately, and it was delivered very quickly. Breakfast cannot be self-service. The waiter will bring you whatever you want, but it is difficult to communicate in Italian. They give you too much, and it is also a waste if you don't like it. I don't understand what the hotel is thinking? The day we went there was Italy's Liberation Day, and the whole country was on holiday. We lived a few kilometers away from the old town, and thought we would not be affected. As a result, we were awakened by the noise in the middle of the night. More than 10 men and women came out of the dance hall of another hotel, drinking and smoking, singing and dancing, as if they were as excited as ****. The noise was so loud that I thought the windows were not closed. I got up and saw that the windows were all closed. The windows were soundproofed too poorly, and it didn't stop until after 2 o'clock in the morning.

From the map, it is located near the station Mergellina. After the train station comes out, it is about 500 meters to the sea. There is a slope train to take a ride to the s.antonio station (should call this name, check it yourself) Next), if I don't understand this, please open your google map, you can't get it. After arriving at the station, you need to take a mountain road to get to the hotel. 3. However, I personally went up and down the mountain for two days. Why, because I was in Easter during this time in Naples, the slope station was closed! Fall! Now! That's right, shut it up! So in this case, in addition to walking, it is played. The starting fee is 3.5 Euros, and the thief is fast, and the friends who are not bad money should be directly taxi. 4. Staying at this hotel, if you still can't decide on the sea view room, I really don't understand it. As the hotel is halfway up the mountain, there is no choice of entertainment activities. If you want to find a convenience store, you can only find the van. There is a year-round business on the viewing platform, which is very expensive. 5. The hotel front desk is quite professional and has a good service attitude. Write so much for the time being, and think about what to add later. In short, it is still 9.5 points overall, but if it is not for the sea, if it is not self-driving, it is not recommended to stay at this hotel.

The location is very good, close to the University of Naples and near New Fort. The hotel is rebuilt from a monastery. Enter the gate and go to the front desk on the second floor to check in, and then enter the room on the corresponding floor by the elevator. The breakfast was great and the administrator was a very nice guy.

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of Naples. It’s perfect for reaching the main attractions and is on the main shopping street. The rooms are spacious and despite being on a very busy street, the windows block out all the noise - there’s an additional set of doors which close over the windows to block the light as well. Access to the hotel with luggage isn’t easy due to the sloping streets, but this is the compromise if you want to be in the heart of the city. The concierge was extremely helpful with our luggage and even wheeled our baggage down the street to our waiting taxi.
