Red Roof Plus+ & Suites Naples Downtown-5th Ave S

Clean and good location and IHOP right there and Olive Garden - no need to drive. Jacuzzi is there and cool pool. Kids loved it.

It was okay. The floor is kinda sticky on the stay hut was fine.

Pros: Cheaper than other hotels. Good climate controls in the room that were adjustable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Free wifi that worked well. Cons: The property itself is old and run down. There is only one elevator and it's outside. No indoor hallways, you have to walk outside to your room like a motel. There was a dumpster nearby and it smelled like hot garbage everyday. My room had dirty marks on the walls and a cigarette burn on the curtain. Room service doesn't come every day so you may have to ask for clean towels. I did see dirty towels stacked on the ground outside of rooms that I assume were being cleaned. Also saw a roach in my bathroom, but just the one. Busy location, so there's traffic noise until about 10pm, but after that it gets quiet enough to sleep. I missed a night because my flight got delayed but the manager wouldn't credit me for the night I missed even though I called them from the airport and let them know what was happening and they told me it was ok. I fly to Naples a lot, and most likely will not be staying here again, mainly because of the manager not willing to work with me. I can't control the airlines. Overall, it's ok if you just need a decent place to sleep for the night and don't mind the above items.

Great location - updated room . Kitchen useless - dishes and silverware filthy in dishwasher . Lot of dogs so stairs had piss all over .

Sorry i didn’t check inn , the condition of the hotel was terrible, I choose another hotel beside, La Quinta , is 100 times better , i don’t know if you can make me a refund, because was unacceptable to go in that hotel. A lot homeless surrounded the area.

The walls are too thin I heard people doing all kinds of things I really don’t want to hear and conversations. It was not a relaxing stay. It’s a low rent hotel with a nice unkept pool area due to the people staying there I would say not good for kids.

Room was clean Beds where comfortable. Shower was great good pressure. The room had a nice size tv. When we stayed the outside Temps were chilly.the hottub was nice,they had the poolturned up warm it was so nice to swim and not freeze but they turned it back down and we didnt get back in pool

The staff at Red Roof Inn were very nice and helpful; however, Expeida is another matter all together. ******* "forgot" to let the hotel know about my reservation and there was some difficulty with the check-in process. But multiple phone calls had to be made. While I would stay here again, I would not use *******.

Room was nice but had to get towels every day. Our room was never cleaned in the 4 days there. We had to throw out our garbage after 3 days. Staff was friendly.
