The hotel is very tired and in need of a complete face lift.
Elevator dirty, button on the panel broken and covered in dirty tape.
Very noisy a/c unit along with paper thin walls, and a very loud neighbour who kept his tv on until 3am.
Very dissapointed in our choice of hotel. Thinking it was a Wyndham property, we had higher expectations.

The front desk clerk was not pleasant. She seemed to be annoyed for being there. No pleasant greeting and definitely not dressed professionally. The room smelled musty and the tub had yellow stain. The tub’s paint was chipped. The bed was lumpy. It was not a comfortable stay. By the coffee it smelled like a foul bathroom scent.

Excellent service checking in. No central air and old wall unit in 327 that had a loud whine which disturbed sleep repeatedly. When I spoke with assistant manager in the morning she sent up maintenance who said the noise was normal. I have stayed in hotels in Guatemala and Cuba in the last year with wall AC units that did not make noise like this. Because the staff was unwilling to rectify substandard room I will avoid La Quinta in the future

The hotel needs updating. The bathtub was chipped and the drain was broken and moving around. The price for the room was extremely high for the state of the hotel. I would not recommend.

The property and style is dated. The convenience and location from downtown was good. Room was dated and felt like the 1990s. The A/C unit kept us up all night sounding like someone banging on a can all night. We Called front desk and no resolution was given and no Maintenance sent either. The Breakfast in the morning was lacking because of people allowed to occupy the tables who were not paying quest.

This hotel does need a complete renovation but also needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I’d like someone from the hotel management to reach out to me as I have some concerns.

Although a reasonable choice, this hotel does not warrant the cost. I reserved a room called "luxury suite", but the room did not even have a real bathroom. The tub and toilet were in a closed room, but the sink was inside the room. There was no recycling bin in the room or anywhere in the hotel. The towels were changed everyday even though there were not supposed to. The breakfast was varied enough but with paper plates and plastic utensils.

We have never been to Naples and wanted to stay somewhere economical but nice and this was it. Nothing fancy but clean, breakfast in the mornings if desired and the staff was super friendly. We were able to walk to downtown 5th ave in about 15 mins. Very easy to walk there and there are also closeby restaurants within walking.

checkin and staff were helpful. breakfast was good. room was adequate, but shower was not very good. water temp and pressure were inconsistent and the shower head was less than average. saturday night there apparently was a wedding party that was loud and most irritating until after 1:00am. hotel is NOT a bloody fraternity house!!
