"The room is small and crowded, barely enough for just living. The bedding and bathroom in the room are quite high-end. However, the service at the front desk was poor and not very friendly to Chinese people. When I checked in during a holiday in the United States, the waiter gave me a super bad room. The windows were full of equipment on the opposite floor, and it was impossible to open the curtains. When I asked to change rooms, the waiter's attitude was very bad."

"What a lovely place to stay! We went to Napa for a wedding and had the best time at this amazing B&B. The inn keeper, Dolly, is so friendly and welcoming, we didn’t want to leave. The decor inside is stunning. Very elegant and romantic, but still has a cozy relaxed feel to it. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Napa! We will for sure be back."

"Had a really lovely stay here last month! The hotel is huge and beautifully designed, with a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One of my favorite parts was definitely the bathtub, it was bigger than a standard bathtub and even had a massage function, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was also very convenient, with a few restaurants nearby, so it was easy to grab food without needing to travel far. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily come back again :)"
