The room is a very ordinary room and is about the same as the REI type. However, there is a cassette coffee maker, so it would be a little better grade. The breakfast restaurant is renewed or calm and tastes delicious, so I feel the Excel system.

A small upclass onsen ryokan situated near Zao onsen but a bit far away, you will easily missed the hotel entrance if not careful, the atmosphere is peaceful and you can hear the sound of nature (forest), quite a nice ryokan, but it would be better if they provide kettle in room instead of having to travel to the hotel lobby to obtain hot water.

It is an old hotel, so you may not want to take a bath in your room, but their public bath is good. This place is on the hill which means you will not want to walk by your own in winter because of the slippery Mountain path. But in other hand it is really convenient because they provide shuttle bus to bus station or cable car station. And there is a ski place just in front of the hotel, you can borrow the equipments from hotel.

I used it at work. It was conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and supermarket nearby. I will use it again. Thank you.

It was located 3 minutes walk from the west exit of Yonezawa Station of the JR Ou main line, and there were many spots related to the Uesugi family, and it was easy to use it as a tourist base in Yonezawa, a castle town where gourmet was attractive. It was 7000 yen per night. The parking lot is 600 yen per night, but it was good that it was free to put in and out because it was not three-dimensional. The natural hot spring was pleasant. The location of the hotel is convenient. It takes about 30 minutes by bus from Yamagata Train Station to the hot spring hotel. When I was worried about carrying large luggage to the hotel, I saw the Shuttle Bus picked up by the hotel staff as soon as I got off the bus. I was really pleasantly surprised. In addition, the hotel is only a 10-minute walk away from the ski lift station. If you don’t want to go to the ski resort, the hotel has Shuttle Bus every morning and afternoon to arrange transfers. Just pay attention to the timetable. The hotel actually has a variety of room types, but the room we booked is on the first floor. The room on the first floor is set in the west building. There is no elevator to reach the room. It is quite difficult to carry large luggage to the room. There is no separate toilet and bathroom in the room. The decoration is a bit dilapidated, and the public toilets are small in size. If they are obese, they can’t get in at all. As there was no room category to choose from when booking, I felt a little overwhelmed when I arrived at the store. The room we booked includes 1 night and 2 meals. The food is delicious and exquisite. After staying for 4 consecutive days, the food is different every day. With the value of our reservation, the price is really high. The hotel service is first-rate. During the time, my friend slipped and broke her ankle bone in the parking lot. The hotel staff immediately called her ambulance to the hospital. After she was discharged from the hospital, she also carefully arranged wheelchair transportation. At the same time, we arranged for friends to stay on the elevator floor and have separate toilets for free. Room. Since friends need to return to Hong Kong for medical treatment early, the hotel specially arranges vehicles to be sent to Yamagata Airport (the traffic is of course charged, but the price is very reasonable), so that friends can feel at ease during the process. As for the open-air hot springs, they may be closed due to bad weather, and there are free massage chairs in the bathroom for free use by customers. Compared with other hot spring hotels, most of the massage chairs are made of materials, and they feel generous and considerate and worth recommending.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The hotel itself may be a little old, but it is well kept and the floors are clean. The rooms are also clean. An air purifier with humidification function is also available. I stayed on the 9th floor, and the windows could be opened to allow fresh air. There is a parking lot in the ba*****t of the hotel, and you can park for 700 yen per night.

Just off the deck in front of Yamagata Station, good access along the big street in front of the station. It is also convenient to the restaurant town in front of the station. Because it is not a big hotel, there is no special feature, but the room is clean and comfortable, there is no luxury, but there is also a free breakfast, and the price was relatively reasonable. The minimum required functions were complete and perfect to stay simple. In addition, since there is no parking lot around, it is difficult to park far away (opposite the main street, parking JA Yamagata, ３ block away). It is recommended for those who don't care about here.

The location is good. Room is decent equipped with heater that I think is time to replace seems not working very well. The breakfast and dinner especially is very worth n nice. First night we had pork shabu shabu n second night lamb BBQ. The staffs in restaurants r friendly n good, especially the old uncle n Philippo lady . Can see all the local staffs sort of rely or keep letting the lady work only as she speak english. In other words, a bit taking advantage of her. onsen is also nice especially the outdoor with trees n snow feel. The front desk staffs r very bad. There is one young guy that just stand there and when I carry my little girl with one hand while another hand pushing luggage where I need to push the entrance door. During check in, even the philipino girl helped to push the luggage inside while the same guy just stand there n look. Another more serious attitude guy was the older shorter guy with mole on his face, I parked my car in front as there was no parking didn't know is the hotel's van lot, the guy spoke with to remove the car like scolding n yelling at me. Super bad attitude. Lastly the air filter in the room, the cleaning standard operating procedure should include cleaning the water tank n it's surrounding. Looks very dirty with mold. Overall is worth your money n experience just some negative experiences by some bad staffs. Not missing another issue is the smoking room, is the exactly at the entrance n next to the welcome drinks sofa (though with ventilation n dedicated room but still can smell the smoke)
