This hotel was somewhat disappointing to us because we booked it as we wanted to spend our evening at a mall before leaving for our flight the following morning. But we had to taxi for 15min to the nearest mall even though the advertised location was next to subway station and at doorstep of shopping mall.
There were children’s towels, toothbrushes, stool steps and toys but some are in poor condition and dirty. The couch and curtain were dirty too. The robot came and sent a “fruit basket” filled with melted chocolates, soggy longan. One of the female reception staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was a good spread, marking a good ending to our stay.

酒店周邊交通便利，餐飲方便。酒店設施齊全，服務周到，環境優美。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，浴室設施完善。酒店枕頭較軟，前台貼心的讓客房阿姨送蕎麥枕頭，還有早餐種類豐富，味道鮮美。前台熱情友好，耐心解答問題。總之，這次入住體驗非常愉快，下次還會選擇這家酒店。這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象。

怎麼説呢，這個酒店根本就不是五星級的，過來給房間升級了，還是從2米床升級到了1.8米床，雖然後來跟攜程反應了酒店衞生不行，但是衹是換到了隔壁還是1.8米床，我們從百色開車過來太累了，攜程後來又打電話説了升級其他房型，我們實在不想折騰了，就將就住下了，很多設施和服務根本達不到五星級標準，服務員根本不會主動問好，大堂亂糟糟，地毯更臟，隔壁就是格林東方酒店，從大堂上來，來的第一感覺像混住公寓，大堂枱子多，後來入住進來，走廊到處一股子黴味，我們覺得這個頂多算個四星酒店，服務甚至跟不上有的三星連鎖品牌酒店，大堂經理後來送了三個點心和硬邦邦的桃和小聖女果，説實話是真難吃，説了不要不要還硬要送，跟着我們一路下了電梯，但是包括她的服務意識都不行，跟文華相比差遠了，真不知道是怎麼五星的，房間電視遙控器後面也沒有節目表單介紹，地板和垃圾桶都臟，馬桶開始的房間一按就堵了，毛巾浴巾很明顯是之前用過很久從舊酒店拿來的，就這樣吧，實在不是五星，進門連行李員都沒有，我們揹着四包東西和一個拉桿箱沒人幫忙，走的時候送了兩個小車車給兒子，拿人手短，本來想給二星，算了，給四星吧，酒店也就頂多四星了，謝謝你們

這次酒店入住體驗總的來説還是可以的，性價比高，wifi直連還給力，房間寬敞明亮。酒店周邊也有很多吃食，真的很方便。距離地鐵口很近。還有就是酒店的工作人員都很熱情，主動打招呼，有問題或疑惑都會耐心的解決。期待下次入住！

不管是位置還是交通都很恰到好處，整個入住過程愉快的且放心，房間的佈局很是高端大氣 設施設備齊全，衞生做得相當細緻、乾淨，非常推薦！辦公樓就在周邊，出差的住這準沒錯。南寧好幾個景區也都在這邊、像青秀山、博物館、美術館、民族博物館、體育中心、方特家裡有娃的肯定都要去一趟的，住這酒店首選家人們！小姐姐小金接待很熱情.
