設施：不知道是不是我不會用那個空調的原因，開了29℃一個晚上的空調，第二天醒來發現面板顯示温度23℃，沒有一點效果，甚至還有點涼；電視機打開就看到了三個台，看了一會直接換不了台了，固定在了其中一個台，就很無奈；吹風機我感覺也很糟糕啊，調不到熱風，都是冷風，吹個頭發吹累了都沒幹😕😕
衞生：衞生方面挺好的，就是吧，給客人用的浴巾，地巾，居然有破損，難道我花錢了衹能用破的嘛？工作人員在摺疊擺放的時候是看不見那麼大的一個洞嘛？
環境：白天挺好的，晚上感覺不怎麼樣，有幾層樓不知道是不是開了包廂，晚上就很多人來來往往的，用的是同一個電梯。
服務：還行。

半夜一點多被喇叭噪音吵醒，無奈換房間。
酒店也不表達任何歉意，換房間的房卡讓機器人送上來，自始至終沒有人當面跟我説句抱歉。
我認為哪怕是夫妻經營的小旅店都不至於此。
