When I checked in at the front desk, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was relatively good. The arrival time was around 12:30. The front desk said that the hotel only had four comfortable double rooms, and they were all full and they had not checked out yet. Then they said that as a guest of their hotel, You can check out until three o'clock in the afternoon, normally it is twelve o'clock, but there is still one room, and you can add money to upgrade the room type. It's not that you can't add tens of dollars, but this kind of feeling is a bit awkward. Well, fortunately the upgraded room is not bad. When we went out, we happened to meet the cleaning attendant at the door of the room and said, ”Hello, auntie, can I have an extra pair of dental appliances?”

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

酒店的環境很乾凈，設施設備保養很好，房間衞生很乾凈，前台和客户 餐廳的服務很贊；酒店距離會展也很近，離東站，南寧機場半個小時車程，;酒店對面可以是步步高廣場，吃喝玩都很方便，晚上可以去網紅打卡的亭子碼頭散步。是連鎖品牌的酒店，一進入大堂就滿滿好感，服務細緻周到，確實能到達高級型的服務品質，落地窗，夜景很美。燈光設計很舒適，衞生間是乾濕分離，不得不説在細節方面真的很贊..早餐真的讓我很愛，早餐很豐富，食品非常新鮮，早上一定要來一碗老友粉，很有特色。非常值得推薦的酒店，會常來。酒店有免費的洗衣房和健身房，很值得推薦。
