看到點評選擇行程前提前的預訂，實際入住和同店老闆的交流，結論就是：用一線城市的星級酒店硬件標準+工業管理經驗，落地在漳州南靖土樓片區的一所降維打擊的民宿酒店。如果要參照星級酒店評級，我覺得保底3.75星級不過分， 設施：房間裏面的硬裝和電器（大尺寸電視、燒水壺、吹風機），洗浴間的馬桶、顯示和控制實時温度的淋浴設備，可點亮梳粧鏡，房間燈光透亮，都顯示裝修是動了心思的做了標準的。樓頂4層的星空房（天花板燈光投射，非真的天空），也是很有調調。4層樓，裝配了電梯，行李不用拎上樓，方便。4樓樓頂露枱佈置了喝茶區、圍爐煮茶區、小童玩耍區。風不大的時候，幾個人在樓頂喝個茶聊聊天還是挺不錯的，應該適合多人和團隊團建。 衞生：挺乾淨的，畢竟新裝完也沒有半年。大樓外觀看上去和周圍房子差不太多，進去後還是非常講究和衞生。 環境：地理位置絕佳，路對面就是景區票務中心和接駁車出發站點，且路對面還有特別大的一個停車場，看到有配備充電樁。當然，酒店門口也可以停兩排差不多15、20台車。 服務：過年期間，老闆全家和親戚總動員，早餐也是自己來看各個食品是否熱度合適，份量和種類是否充足，非常用心，貌似老闆娘也上手收碗筷了。很有誠意。 整體感覺，放在民宿中，檔次挺高了。 遊玩了永定土樓（土樓王土樓王子）後開了半小時車過來，離南靖田螺坑土樓羣和雲水謠也挺近，這次選擇還可以。

Longchang Building is so worth living, it can be regarded as an in-depth tour of Tulou, and it is very atmospheric during the Chinese New Year! The boss is warm, friendly and polite. He gave us the main house on the third floor facing the main gate. The room is large, and we can get the first rays of sunlight at dawn, and fall asleep smelling the fragrance of pine wood at night. For breakfast, there are porridge, chicken noodle soup and eggs. For dinner, there are light fish and local chicken. The taste is super delicious! After nightfall, all the residents gathered around the bonfire for a party, dancing dragons, making glutinous rice cakes, singing 🎤, and blowing up fireworks. There were so many programs and lots of fun! The boss called for you, and put up a photo with you to commemorate, come back next time✌️

此次出行能邂逅雲水山舍客棧，屬實是一大幸事，必須要來誇一誇。 🌄環境： 客棧如其名，周邊山水環繞，宛如隱匿於世的世外桃源。清晨推開窗，山間雲霧繚繞，仿若輕紗拂面，潺潺溪水聲不絕於耳，彷彿在演奏着一曲自然的樂章。在這裏，每一口呼吸都滿是清新與寧靜，城市的喧囂疲憊瞬間被一掃而空。 🏠房間： 屋內的佈置獨具匠心，木質傢俱搭配簡約裝飾，營造出一種古樸而温馨的氛圍。床鋪柔軟舒適，一晚酣眠，晨起毫無疲憊之感。細節之處更是盡顯用心，從精緻的茶具到擺放整齊的當地旅遊指南，無一不讓人感受到家的貼心與温暖。 💁♂️服務： 客棧的工作人員熱情周到，讓人賓至如歸。入住時詳細介紹周邊景點，還幫忙規劃遊玩路線，省了不少心思。遊玩歸來，一杯熱氣騰騰的薑茶遞到手中，驅走寒意，疲憊感也消散大半。無論遇到什麼問題，他們總是笑臉相迎，第一時間幫忙解決。 🍱餐飲： 早餐豐富多樣，既有當地特色的粗糧，又有新鮮出爐的麪包，搭配自製的果醬，美味可口。正餐的話，食材大多取自當地，新鮮無污染，大廚的手藝精湛，一道道菜餚色香味俱全，吃得極為滿足。 在雲水山舍客棧的這幾日，真正體會到了什麼叫愜意悠然，它不只是一個住宿的地方，更是一段美好旅途的温馨驛站。下次出行，定會毫不猶豫地再次選擇這裏，也向各位驢友們強烈推薦，來這兒感受一番山水間的慢生活吧。

酒店位置方便，去雲水謠必經之路，房間空間很大，帶着長者出來住這個酒店比較好有電梯，還次推薦朋友來這邊住

Very clean and spacious apartment with modern and comfortable furniture. Relatively close to the tourist centre and on the way to the scenic spot. Very friendly people and especially very helpful and hospitable.

From the exit of Nanjing Tulou and Yunshuiyao Expressway to the hotel, there are a few hundred meters. The location is very easy to find in the center of the town business district. I feel very comfortable staying in 😊. There are also original and free original ecological attractions around the hotel. The local villagers are simple and kind and hospitable. They will not be too strong as some attractions. In the evening, you can taste local food snacks on the street, such as authentic bodybuilding duck, beef noodles, beef soup balls, and a cup of Tulou glutinous rice wine.
