Nice and beautiful 5 star hotel very clean, good location close to Metro station, the view from hotel to the qiushui square is spectacular, the girl at the service named 李慧玲 is super nice and offered us some juice while I was waiting for my taxi to the airport. Will definitely stay in this hotel if I visit nanchang in the future.

The room is big and the environment is very good. This is the hotel I am most satisfied with during this trip to Jiangxi. The location is also very good, very close to Bayi Square. We originally came from Sanqing Mountain. It was already past 7 o'clock in the evening. The children wanted to go out for a walk, so we went to Bayi Square and caught up with the fountain. We had a red education and were very happy. The breakfast tasted good, and there were not many spicy dishes. It was very suitable for tourists. They also gave the children breakfast. Thank you very much. It was a very good stay experience.

Hotel locates beside the Ganjiang River. the scenery is amzing,and Their service was aweful, especially Ms. Clover. if any chance，I will choose again.

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. It is close to the river and Nanchang Bridge East Station of Metro Line 4. It is convenient to go to various attractions in the city. The hotel upgrades to a river view room for free, and the river view in autumn is beautiful! The room is clean and tidy. Although the facilities are a bit old-fashioned, the sound insulation effect of the room is good. All hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. Guest Relations Manager Penny Xiaopan carefully noted the requests made before check-in, and the requirements were fully met during check-in. The Nanchang snacks provided for breakfast in the hotel, such as sugar cakes, mixed noodles and clay pot soup, were so delicious that I ate them for two days in a row. Next time I have the opportunity to go to Nanchang, I will choose this hotel again.

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

The experience of staying at Sheraton Nanchang Hotel is very good. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. Neil contacted us in advance to prepare the room before arrival. The hotel breakfast is also very good overall. The transportation is convenient. There is a subway entrance at the door, Ganjiang River outside the window, and Tengwang Pavilion opposite. The location is very good.

I always choose this hotel when I come to Nanchang on business. The overall feeling is great. The front desk manager, Xiao Zhai, is warm and friendly, with a good service attitude. He always greets me during my stay. The hotel restaurant has delicious dishes and many choices. The concierge service is also very active. Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!
