Yes, you can see the sea but it's not a full seaview as claimed. There is one building blocking the views. Despite that, you get quite a view from the balcony.
The washing machine also turned out to be handy.
The location is less than 10 minutes from the town center. You will need to rent a electric scooter 🛵 to move around.
The scooter rental company recommended by the owner provides good service.

Thanks to excellent directions and instructions we managed to find the flat easily.......even though it was late at night. The room was spotless and the view was excellent from the balcony...we took great photos of the sunset and the view of the fishing boats at night is unusual. The facilities were as described...fridge, washing machine, kettle etc and we made this our home for 4 nights. In the evening we ate at local restaurants and hired e bikes to tour the fabulous Island. Definitely recommend

看着停車費免費選擇了這家，管家會被事項告訴明白，唯獨不説明停車費事項，出門一次收15塊錢！最後人還沒離開，管家要好評要的很勤快，但衹字不提會報銷，直到開始提出異議，管家才説給好評可以報銷停車費，那麼是不是不提出異議，或者不給好評，就不配擁有停車費，那與本質住宿上面提及到的相關訊息本身有出入（有條件免費停車？），建議相關平台介入核查，消費者不該被玩文字遊戲。P.S.管家有説熱水器沒法長時間提供熱水，但沒説衹能洗5分鐘的熱水澡，活生生洗了個涼水澡，回到上海就發燒，反正我説了，他們也會説問題是我的問題，反正我也沒拿他們一分錢，隨便吧

管家服務到位，房間安排好立馬聯繫我們，位置清楚好找，樓下很多停車位，停車免費，還有島上遊玩攻略。房間乾淨整潔，兩張一米八大床，一個房間和陽台都是海景房，景觀非常不錯。房間安排了礦泉水，拖鞋，一次性浴巾，乾淨衞生，下次再上島還會入住這裏！

窗外就是大海，客廳陽台，二間卧室都能看見大海，客廳海景絕美。夜晚在陽台吹着海風玩手機太愜意了。
衞生條件也不錯，毛巾浴巾都是一次性的，用得放心。有洗衣機和晾衣架，洗衣服也很方便。
第一次來南澳島，影響非常好，還會再來的。
