I've been staying at B2 hotel, mostly for business, for over the years now. It is extremely rare for me to encounter rude staff but yesterday unfortunately I had met one when I checked in at B2 Nakorn Sawan Premium Hotel. I had what I
would describe as the rudest interaction
with hotel worker, Ms ณฐมน ครุธพันธ์. This experience contrasted sharply with the exceptional service l've come to expect from a service crew who represent B2 Hotel.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I observed an
unnerving air of disorder at the front desk.
The employee who checked me in appeared indifferent and inattentive, failing to greet me warmly or deliver the necessary information. This lack of fundamental courtesy created a poor tone throughout my entire stay, which is quite disturbing.
