I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back. Happy customer, Kate😃

Very good hotel, this should be considered a high-end hotel in Kenya, the service is also OK, next time if I go on a business trip, I will choose this hotel again

The hotel is new and beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the staff is warm and thoughtful. The hotel is in a good location, about a ten-minute walk from the Kenya National Museum, less than half an hour by highway from the Kenyatta Airport, and it is also convenient to take a taxi to the Giraffe Conservation Center and Karen's House. We went in and out of Nairobi during our trip to Africa, and chose to stay at JW Marriott both times. Safe and comfortable. Recommended.

The rooms from higher floors have great view of the city and the park, the rooms are really well built and very well furnished and the kitchen and its equipments are really well stocked, apart from that nothing else to expect I had a very bad experience in the Hotel, on Saturday Night / late evening around 8.30 i met with a small accident while closing the sliding doors of the balcony, my finger was bleeding and my wife called the Reception and told her about the incident and asked them to send it ice immediately but after 15 minutes they called back and said that ICE if they provide to room will be charged room service charge,!!!! Can you believe it???? Had it been an major incident what would have happened, they would have asked me to pay for the even calling Ambulance The following day at 8.55am we asked for creamer till 9.35am when we left the room it wasn't delivered People coming for long stays it very ideal but for people coming with families or small kids or old people it's not recommended The entry to the room is very confusing and a long walk, you enter reception wing take a lift to L floor which is basically 6th floor, later cross over to another wing and take the lift past the kitchen door which can be a bit difficult Also when you crossover to another wing there is no provision of umbrellas, if it's raining it's your problem, in many hotels they provide Umbrellas to go from one end to another if it rains

My recent stay at Swiss-Belinn Nairobi was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring my comfort throughout. Dining was a delight with diverse, flavorful options, especially the local dishes. The hotel's facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, were excellent. The experience left me thoroughly impressed, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi.

The room is very big and comfortable! I highly recommend it. If you are on a business trip here next time, this hotel is my first choice! It is very important to stay comfortably when going to such a far place. I recommend it!

There is welcome fruit upon arrival at the hotel, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic about introducing the facilities in the room. The room is relatively large, and all the equipment is a bit old, with a sense of age, but the lights are dim, and I personally prefer brighter ones! The hotel does not have disposable supplies such as toothbrushes, but disposable slippers! The bathtub in the bathroom is very small, and the whole bathroom is quite tight! You can hear the sound of dripping water next door. The sound insulation effect is average, and you can hear speeches in the aisle clearly. The floor is not high. At 1.8 meters, you may feel that Mount Tai is overwhelming! Restaurant services are also available, but there are very few cuisines! The gym is also very small, and the swimming pool is okay, although it is not big, it looks good and clean! The restaurant on the fifth floor has average dishes! The location is in the center of the town, but it's not safe here, you can't go out at night, the hotel service staff will also advise you not to go out, you must be accompanied by a man when you go out during the day, and don't expose your jewelry, etc. Because it belongs to the town, the location is good, but the staff is responsible. If you call a car from the hotel to the designated place, then this trip is no problem! If you like to go shopping and eat at night or be close to the supermarket, it is recommended to live near the sarit center, where it is relatively safe during the day and night, and it is also a new area where almost all the bosses in the town live in this area!

Best service ever. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Safe area, clean and very nice breakfast which is made for you as like it personally. The staffs are very nice people. They do everything you would like you'd ask. ASAP! Thanks to all staff working there from the guards to chefs to the receptionist. Especially receptionist Ann and others who are working at night. I will book this hotel every time I'm going to be visiting Nairobi and also the hotel is very safe for your valuable staffs. there's a safe at the room but your other bigger stafs like laptobs are also safe Thanks, Ann and Others that work mostly at night. You guys made my vacation unforgettable.

Unexpectedly big! ! ! I don't know if it was arranged. I have one bedroom and one living room, which has become an oversized three bedrooms and two living rooms. Clean, well-equipped apartment, including microwave, oven, refrigerator, tableware, kitchenware, pots, parking lot downstairs, security is tight, visitors need to verify their identity to enter, Nairobi apartment ceiling.

On the day I arrived - they seemed to have been facing electrical problems for past week. So lifts, doors, and electricity in rooms were not working properly. It appeared to have been resolved on the day I left. I booked because of closeness to airport and train station. They offer complimentary pick up and drop off. They were very nice to offer a late checkout until I left for the airport. Has a big gym, a nice pool and pretty good breakfast. Be aware that there is literally nothing around the hotel - so you can’t really go for a walk or just go grab something to eat.
