Very good service. This facility reopened recently and the food was particularly good. The hotel is very conveniently located in front of Nairobi hospital. We used it for a seminar and the main conference room was ample and well lit. Rooms were spacious and clean. I must say that the service was above average at all levels. I would use this hotel again for a conference.

My stay in the hotel was nothing short of pleasant experience, the staff are warm and welcoming, very polite in their approach and highly professional. The cuisine is great with so many mouth watering varieties. The rooms are great with beautiful view of Nairobi at night from the 4th floor where I stayed. Also, the location of the hotel gives easy access to good shopping malls. Overall, my experience was enjoyable.

Muthu Silver Springs hotel Nairobi is one of the best I have been to in recent times. There services are wonderful, starting with the staff, they are very courteous and polite, so welcoming it feels like your home. The manner in which they attend to requests is excellent, WiFi is truly high speed and I was able to reach out to my family back in Nigeria and also attend to some work. The ambience of the hotel environment is one of it's kind, so calming, adorned with flowers and trees planted around. The gym is well equipped as it met my needs. The rooms are great, I appreciate the quality of wood work, feels just like home. The cuisine is another wonderful! wonderful! experience I must say, so tasty and healthy providing lots of variety. I am certain, should I have any business in Nairobi in the nearest future, I will prefer your hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The location and proximity of the hotel is one of the best in town. Just but to mention on few notable things within the facility, clean rooms, delicious food, friendly staff who also add up to offering the best a customer would expect from such a facility. From what i see the management is doing brilliant job behind the scenes and honestly having gone or visited many other facilities of this kind, I would positively recommend to whoever wants to try this MGM SILVER SPRINGS HOTEL that they should not hesitate to come.

The ambious is good, they have several options in there menu big up to the chef. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Whenever you have a workshop, Francis is the go too person. Mary the receptionist Was very helpful and always smiling.......

The food here is very well done. I looked forward to every single meal. Frkm variety to taste. And don't get me started on the customer service. I was always able to.get assistance even in the middle of the night. Bravo guys! I would definitely want to visit again.

Everything went perfectly great at the hôtel. The rooms are great, and confortable. The conférence room we used was large and had all The amenities we needed. Staff is amazing. And food, especially desserts are delicious. Overall perfect place and location !

Had an opportunity for a half a day Energy ministry and oil marketing company meeting till late in the evening . Excellent facilities for business meeting had a sumptuous good meal and staff were professional and courteous in customer service .

It's a huge hotel with a modern 1950s African aesthetic, which was very interesting to me. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. All the hotel staff are very friendly, attentive to guests all the time. The food is great! The restaurant's chef prepares some incredible dinners, and I was able to try the buffet dinner, which was incredible. The desserts are some of the best I've ever had, I didn't expect them in Africa. The hotel gym is amazing and very well equipped. The newly renovated pool is beautiful, and the spa has a very relaxing and welcoming a**osphere. The location is great. I hope to come back soon.
