Perfect place to stay and work from . It would only be great to have a day rate if you dont spend the night. The view is good the staff is friendly. Maybe a bit better description of the entrance . I didnt use the swimming but it looked from swimming perspective very good. The restaurant had a great menu.

I stayed at the Broadwalk Residency on April 10, 2024 with my family and friends. The first thing we noticed was that the room did not have air conditioning before it was handed over to any guests. We stayed at 1304, where the air conditioner was not working. The building was under maitance at 10am due to construction works and we were unable to stay in rooms until the evening. As we were leaving, we noticed stain marks on the jeans we had worn and had to pay 500 shillings for them. We also did not find any managers on time. Overall, I would not recommend this residency.

We had a great time at Broadwalk Residency. Always very helpful staff. They went the extra miles yo make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Spotless clean and really comfy apartment. Perfect location in the city centre. Next time in Nairobi we'll come back for sure.

Very comfortable. Especially like the balcony. Bed was nice and large and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only issues were the wind noise in the kitchen area is quite loud even with the windows closed and there could have been more hangers in the cupboard.

Very good service, incredible room with very comfortable beds, heated pool, beautiful view over the city, safe neighbourhood. The only things I'd like to improve would be if they didn't need a hairdryer in the bathroom and if they improved the quality of the food.

Felt like being home - total comfort as an Indian with food, amenities, and the options in the neighbourhood to vegetarian food. As a new place, it’s squeaky clean and so well maintained. Security is good in access to the floors and I’d recommend Broadwalk residency for stays always. The flip side is not to be expecting buffet breakfasts so it’s a-la carte with food all the time.

The studio was bigger than expected and it can even pass as a 1br. The bed was comfortable, the extra guest toilet was a plus. The kitchen was fully fitted and we didn’t lack anything. The staff was amazing too and they’re willing to help you get some supplies from the nearest supermarket. It’s close to food courts so if you’re not ready to cook, there’s food readily available in a different floor. All in all, I would highly recommend.

I didn't get to enjoy the bed much because I had an event but the room I was in is one of the most beautiful spaces I've seen in a while. It is quite spacious and luxurious and has so many amenities. Broadwalk residency definitely understood value for money and delivered over an above my expectations. I will most definitely be coming back. The front desk attendants have great customer care and they're very understanding and respectful, soft spoken and always willing to answer any questions you might have. The check in and check out processes are pretty short which is amazing cause you don't have to go through lengthy procedures. The space itself from the Lobby to the room areas is simply breathtaking and the view from my room was so gorgeous.

Best in Westlands. New property having a mall incl naivas and food court , centrally located, easily accessible to CBD and other prime landmarks. Excellent for long stays. Expensive for daily or weekly stays. Overall, very nice. I hv stayed couple of times on monthly stays
