The service and breakfast was good and we also had dinner at Upepo twice which was very tasty.

We had booked for upepo but we got there at 2:00pm and upepo doesn't open until 5:00pm. At Neko, the services were good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The terraces were fully occupied though but we enjoyed the internal setup. We later moved for cocktails in the evening to Upepo restaurant. We enjoyed the beautiful ambiance and good music. Alfred was our attendant for the night and he was excellent. Super friendly and helpful. I recommend the place.

Meko is lovely restaurant,place looks awesome!We had an amazing dining experience accompanied by bottle of good wine!The food was spectacular and service was excellent.I would especially like to highlight the variety and quality of the dishes.We’ll definitely come again!

Stayed as a family in May for a weekend getaway. With a toddler we booked so that we could spend the day in their heated pool (as advertised). Because I know this is a new hotel, I called them the day before the booking to confirm that the pool was heated and they confirmed that it was. So you could imagine my disappointment to arrive and the pool was FRIGID. Guest relations officer came to speak with me and eventually let me know that the pool is only heated ON REQUEST, after which it takes 4 hours to heat. Not only is this "policy" senseless, it is written nowhere on the website or elsewhere at the hotel and it took 30 mins for even the Guest Relations Officer to figure that out herself. There was even another guest at the pool who told me she requested the pool to be heated the day before and it was not heated. All in all, what a disappointment, not to mention completely false advertising. We were unable to use the pool - which was the whole POINT of booking the night. The Guest Relations Officer "guaranteed" that the pool would be heated in the morning, yet it was just as cold, and she was of course no where to be found the next day. In the end the pool is nice to look at - but unusable. Other instances of false advertising: in-room pillow menu (there was none, and the pillows were uncomfortable), 24 hours housekeeping (also false, I called in the evening for another pillow and they told me housekeeping is closed at this time). I reported all these failures to the front desk at checkout and the receptionist became quite easily confused/overwhelmed(?), offered no explanation and took no notes. He promised to "get back to" me - words as empty as the hotel's online description - as no surprise, we never heard back. You can make a beautiful hotel but what is it worth if the service is poor? Staff seem pleasant enough but seem untrained and clueless regarding troubleshooting. Me, I wasted what was supposed to be a pleasant family day at the hotel, and was offered a "sorry about that" in exchange. The hotel seems to be nicely decorated but don't bet on services being offered as advertised (even if you call and confirm in advance) and don't bet on anyone there being able to resolve issues.

Fabulous hotel, upon arriving there’s lots of security but they are very polite. I slept peacefully and the view is super relaxing into the forest. Location was unique as is near the Karura forest, the hotel includes for all guests a daily entry so we had the opportunity to explore the Karura forest, even though is rainy season and it was very muddy it was a nice perk. The lobby coffee bar has delicious donuts and coffee and the breakfast was really nice too, they gave me some immunity shot upon arriving. I had the portobello avocado toast it was delish! They have a really classy Asian inspired bar but I didn’t try it out. Parking in this hotel is very limited and when busy in the evenings it got very crowded at the entrance.

This hotel is extraordinary in every way. The rooms are so comfortable and clean with everything you need and more. The dining was delicious with many options available. Every staff member was there to assist and anticipated every need. A huge thank you to Olive, Milton, Sam, Deshaun!

Great ambiance.The food was a 10/10 for all of us.We were given a warm welcome by Olive and served by Yvette.Both of them were very friendly,approachable in case of any inquiries and so professional.I’m definitely coming back to experience day time views.

I had a short trip to Nairobi and decided to go to this hotel as a dinning guest ..I left my designer sunglasses worth 350 usd unattended one hour at the Meko restaurant and the hotel staff could not trace them or keep them in lost and found ,, several attempts to speak with management yielded no results

This new hotel is beautiful and is on a former coffee plantation. The hotel has everything going for it , a secure location, beautiful amenities, and a staff that any hotel would love to have. The staff goes out of its way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay and that you enjoy the facilities . The hotel also has two amazing restaurants where not just the ambience is great but the food is excellent and the service is outstanding.
