From the get go the service is pathetic. We went there for 2 days to relax with a 2 year old toddler. The first thing they do is that they downgraded our room without even telling us, for which we had paid extra. Once, we checked in we realised its a garden view room and same confirmed by the buggy boy and front desk reception. We called reception and the lady at the reception mentioned that they are out of scenic view rooms and only have garden view rooms. It’s so disheartening that you spent extra and then they downgrade our room without even telling us. We asked them, that either provide us the room we booked or compensate as this is not acceptable. They kept on procrastinating the same for hours. Staff don’t even realise that we have a 2 year old, who is hungry and cranky. We came to relax and we can’t even unpack. The manager of front desk even tried to blatantly tell us that the room is scenic view. We can see outside sir, there is a big garden in front of it, which covers 90% of the view. They made our relaxation stay pathetic and full of anxiety. Don’t go with all the positive ratings. Also attaching pictures where the manager mentioned this is scenic view. It clearly is a garden view.
