I deeply regret my experience with this hotel and its sales team, particularly Anand Kamble. He initially promised us rooms, banquet halls, and rooftop space for a crucial family wedding. However, these assurances were provided informally via WhatsApp or printed materials. The situation took a turn when the rooftop venue suddenly became unavailable. The reasons for this changed from recent bookings to supposed prior reservations, leading to utter confusion. Anand's communication regarding our requirements was consistently muddled, and he eventually conceded his own incompetence. Strangely, he ceased all communication when I requested an official email quotation. To my surprise, when we reached out the next day from a different phone number, he claimed that the owner had completely booked the hotel, leaving us without alternatives. What's more astonishing is that when a friend inquired with the same requirements and dates, the hotel claimed everything was available. This incident has exposed the hotel's dishonesty, unreliable staff, and poor internal communication. Anand Kamble's actions disrupted the harmony of the event and left both the bride and groom's families distraught. Instead of offering solutions, both he and the ***agement displayed greed and a lack of empathy. Despite our familiarity with the city and numerous past visits to the hotel, this experience unveiled a poorly ***aged behind-the-scenes operation. Regrettably, I can no longer trust this hotel or its staff. For anyone considering booking a stay or an event, I advise being cautious of the aforementioned issues and numerous other mishaps. As someone who secured reservations at three other city hotels for various events of the same wedding, I find it astonishing that this is the only establishment lacking a functional email system and a robust query and booking ***agement process. The worst experience as being a hotelier myself for nearly a decade. Egoistic , greedy, arrogant , ignorant, liars .
