I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya Hotel, and I want to highlight some exceptional service that made our visit memorable. Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

The front desk staff was polite and smiling, and even stepped out of the way to help my husband get into the parking lot. The room was modern and furnished. The water in the bathhouse was a comfortable temperature, though there was a slight bleach smell. I also recommend adding instructions for using the hot springs in the bath room. Many Southeast Asian women were constantly looking around in the bathhouse, seemingly unsure of how to use it.

Hotel is conveniently located near Nagoya Station (Shinkansen side). The hotel truly lives up to its name with its comfortable and clean environment! Love the variety of food served for breakfast each morning! The library cafe has a lovely pleasant environment with Muji vibes! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Nagoya! ◡̈

Já fiquei no 9h Tokyo Ningyocho antes e tive uma ótima experiência, então decidi ficar novamente na filial de Nagoya. As instalações e serviços são incríveis como sempre, mas a disposição dos andares é um pouco diferente. Demorou um pouco para se acostumar, mas no geral muito bom!

Não muito longe da estação de Nagoya e pode caminhar até Oasis21, torre mirai elétrica. O quarto é muito limpo e muito confortável. O café da manhã foi delicioso e o melhor serviço.

Breakfast only 3 fix selections & have to inform them the night before to collect the voucher & decide on the option. Amenities can be collected beside the reception before going to the room. About 10 minutes walk to Sakea mrt station. There is airport transfer bus service to and fro near sakae station & bus terminal. There are 7 eleven & family mart nearby & 24 hrs Yilan ramen restaurant right outside the hotel. Some noise pollution cause is near the road & night entertainment place. Overall, the place is nice & cozy.

O buffet de café da manhã gratuito não atende aos padrões internacionais de hotéis 5 estrelas, mas é adequado aos padrões japoneses e atende principalmente à maioria dos hóspedes japoneses. A localização é perto da estação de Nagoya e, portanto, também fica perto de restaurantes e lojas e é fácil chegar à maioria das atrações turísticas de metrô. Você não se arrependerá de ficar neste hotel se estiver dentro do seu orçamento e você realmente não precisar de um quarto grande para ficar por 2 pessoas.
