It Was perfect and comfortable room.
All staff Was nice and friendly.
The breakfast Was awesome.
The last thing is i need to many thank for the
Organizer to ready what i request.
It Was so happy at me and my wife.
For me was very enjoy here and few day batam trip.
High recommendation the ASTON Group at BATAM.
YES.. 10/10 for me & my wife.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. However there was slight stinky smell coming from the aircon. The hotel provides towels but no bathrobes. The bathroom and the room was squeaky clean. We will consider staying in the same hotel again if we come back to Batam

The hotel is clean , comes with a sizable room with balcony, a lot of variety for breakfast. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Is a good place to come with family . They have yummy desserts .

Some bad odour coming from one of the bed's bedsheets and blanket, as well as the resting sofa. Dirty residue on the TV remote, saliva smell on the room telephone and poor soundproof system... Overall, the housekeeping service requires more improvements. But on the good side, hotel facilities were well-maintained, the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of options and food was served in good quality.

I stayed in the Aston’s 1BR apar**ent from 29th Mar - 1st Apr. 2nd floor.
Apar**ent is very clean and spacious. If you’re on the lower floor, you might facing the outside. There are dogs barking throughout the day, early morning/late night.
There is also the call to prayer that can be heard very clearly from your room in the lower floors.
My aircon was not working on check-in, took 2 calls & a trip down to front office to send someone. The person who did come was fast & efficient. Resolved the issue.
Breakfast is quite a large spread, international & local food.
Overall, quite a pleasant stay.

Room is very clean and spacious. Service is great too. Realised the kettle is not working well, requested for it to be changed and it was quick response. Had the complimentary shuttle service at 11am and 5pm to Nagoya Hill Shopping centre and Grand Batam Mall. There is only indomart nearby. You have to take grab out but that’s not an issue as it’s very cheap. But sad to say that the lounge and rooftop bar are very quiet. No one at all. Other than that, experience there was awesome!

(1) Wet wipes turned grey when i wipe the tables in the room.
(2) requested for hand towels, not available.
(3) requested for additional bath towel, available but it was not sent to my room.
(4) ordered in room dinning but was not sent to my room.

Amazing hospitality by staff, generous room size, comfy beds, free breakfast, extremely good value for money.
Only cons were the tv, no Netflix and remote was hard to use.
Recommend.

Late check in, but unfortunately request denied for a 1 hr late check out. Cause maybe the hotel was fully booked the day after. Reception is friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spick and span. Could request extra amenities. But overall experience is good!
