I sent a request to add bed in my room. Trip.co said my message was received. But the Hotel said never got such request and had to charge me Jpy 4100 for adding a bed, said I didn't indicated 3 persons in my booking. I showed the message to the front desk but he said he need to see the words in English!!!!!!!
I said I booked this room because the Hotel information said this room type allowed add bed. He wanted me to show him this information in English again!!!!!!!!! What a bad experience with a Hotel like this. And I don't know what is the communication problem between Trip.com and this Hotel.😤😡😡☹️☹️☹️ the room I booked for my friend is lower price is the same size as my expensive room. I don't know what's the difference for paying extra 2 times
